Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Survey Department.
The ideal candidate will provide support through various administrative tasks, including phone communication, email management, and mail distribution.
This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work collaboratively with a team, and a positive customer service attitude.
Key Responsibilities: Place phone calls to clients and other team members as needed.
Send emails in a timely manner and manage email correspondence.
Assist in stuffing envelopes and preparing mail for distribution.
Open and distribute incoming mail to appropriate departments.
Provide general administrative support to the Survey Department.
Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional demeanor.
Excellent time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer knowledge, particularly Google services (email, Google Docs, etc.).
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
Familiarity with basic office equipment (printers, mail machines, etc.).
