Pay rate: $28/hr to $35/hr on W2 (All inclusive)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Specialist II – Operational EHS to support Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and facility management functions within a manufacturing environment. The role requires strong knowledge of safety regulations, operational compliance, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Support facility management and EHS operations within a manufacturing site

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and building codes

• Utilize safety management tools and systems to support operations

• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

• Collaborate with teams to support safety and operational initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in facility management and health & safety roles within a manufacturing environment

• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, environmental compliance, and building codes

• Proficiency in MS Office and safety management software

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and Ariba

Education

• Associate’s Degree or higher

Industry Experience

• Manufacturing EHS and Facilities experience required
