SAP Transactional Specialist

Sapphire Recruitment is partnering with a leading manufacturing organization in Oswego, NY to hire an SAP Transactional Specialist to support high-volume transactional processing within their SAP system.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on SAP experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment and ensuring that critical system transactions are executed accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Process high-volume SAP transactions including sales orders, shipments, invoices, and deliveries.
• Enter and update records generated from EDI monitoring and automated workflows.
• Identify and resolve blocked or failed transactions in SAP.
• Validate data before entry to ensure compliance with system rules and requirements.
• Navigate SAP transaction codes to confirm data accuracy and successful system processing.
• Support operations teams by ensuring transactions move through the system without delays.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on SAP experience
• Experience processing operational transactions such as orders, shipments, or invoices
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to manage a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing or supply chain operations
• SAP SD or MM modules
• ERP systems and logistics operations
