Duties and Responsibilities

• Comprehensive knowledge and ability to install all types of sewer, water, fire and storm drain pipe
• Able to lay out and install water services, fire hydrants, detector checks, pipe connections etc. per Standard Drawings
• Able to effectively lead and direct crew members to meet pipe installation objectives
• Able to effectively interact with governing authorities (i.e. Superintendents, Inspectors etc.)
• Able to read and understand blueprints and specifications
• Able to read and understand survey grade stakes
• Able to calculate and set up laser/floliner to keep grade and set pipe grades
• Able to set shoring in accordance with OSHA safe practices
• Able to weld and solder copper piping

Position Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 2 – 3 years related experience
• CPR, Competent Person, and Confined Space certifications
• Underground pipeline/wet utility experience (MUST HAVE)
• Able to work nights, weekends, and overtime as required
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Able to commute to various sites in Southern CA (Los Angeles/Ventura/Riverside/San Bernardino/Orange Counties)

Physical Requirements

• Requires frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, squatting, sitting, pushing, and pulling of heavy objects regularly throughout the work shift
• Able to work in sun, heat, dry, dirty and dusty conditions

Inventory Specialist

As an Inventory Specialist, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of inventory operations across physical and system environments. Working closely with Purchasing, Production, and Supply Chain teams, you will ensure that materials are accurately received, tracked, stored, and issued to support production schedules.

This role requires strong attention to detail, hands-on execution, and a continuous improvement mindset. You will be responsible for ensuring that physical inventory aligns precisely with system data to enable reliable production planning and operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Track, receive, identify, and document inbound inventory in accordance with company procedures.
• Coordinate shipping activities and ensure outbound materials are accurately processed and documented.
• Maintain alignment between physical inventory stock levels and corresponding quantities and locations within the ERP system.
• Own inventory accuracy by executing and maintaining a robust cycle count program.
• Perform regular physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical and system records.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, and cross-functional stakeholders to investigate and resolve inventory variances.
• Identify root causes of discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Support daily production kitting and ensure the production floor is supplied with required materials per the monthly production plan.
• Optimize physical storage locations to improve space utilization, material flow, and accessibility.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures, documentation standards, and security requirements.
• Lift, carry, handle, and transport materials up to 50 lbs unassisted as required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory control, process efficiency, and data accuracy.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational school diploma.
• 3+ years of experience in Material Management, Manufacturing Operations, or a related field.
• Experience working in ERP systems within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and reconcile data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated individual with a hands-on approach and a demonstrated continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience supporting inventory operations in aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing environments.
• Experience driving process improvements in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with structured cycle count programs and audit readiness practices.
• Experience supporting production kitting and material flow optimization.
• Professional certifications in supply chain or operations (e.g., APICS) are a plus.

The Cardiovascular Technologist plays a critical role in assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the cardiovascular lab. 2. Previous experience in a Cardiovascular Lab; preferred.

3. Cardiovascular technologist training program with emphasis in invasive cardiology and hemodynamic monitoring preferred.

4. BCLS (AHA) required upon hire and maintain current.

5. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); required within 30 days of hire.

6. Proficient computer skills.

Schedule: This full-time, nonexempt position will work up to 40 hours/week in a variety of day/evening/night shifts in this 24/7 centralized pharmacy.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense medications by measuring, counting, labeling, and packaging prescriptions under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
• Process prescription orders accurately, including entering patient and prescription data into pharmacy systems
• Assist pharmacists and healthcare providers by gathering necessary information and supporting workflow efficiency
• Prepare and compound medications (including IV admixtures and sterile products) following hospital protocols and USP standards
• Process medication orders from electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) with accuracy and urgency
• Deliver medications to patient care areas, including automated dispensing cabinets (ADCs) and nursing units
• Maintain medication inventory by restocking, tracking controlled substances, and monitoring expiration dates
• Support medication safety initiatives, including double-checks, labeling, and documentation
• Collaborate with pharmacists, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure timely and safe medication delivery
