The Project Manager II is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of multiple renewable energy projects through completion at any given time. Projects will include solar PV, battery energy storage and EV charging equipment. Responsibilities
- Support Business Development and Engineering once job is awarded in Procurement, for Value Engineering and Construction planning
- Maintain project budgets, prepare construction schedules, oversee quality control and client communications and expectations
- Support risk management activities for contract reviews and project deliverables
- Execute Turn-Key Installation across multiple renewable technologies from start to finish
- Manage field operations along with subcontractors and equipment deliveries
- Provide feedback to improve company protocols, installation practices, and company growth
- Perform onsite pre-construction kickoffs, QA/QC and safety inspections on active construction sites
- Interface with PF's legal, estimating, business group leadership for project contracting and execution
- Work with the Operations team to complete Monthly Financial Reviews (including budgets, client change orders and prime contract change orders)
Qualifications
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Energy, Architecture, Sustainability or relevant experience
- 2+ years' experience in commercial solar, storage or EVSE construction
- NABCEP Installer Certification is a plus
- Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record
- Knowledge of Procore system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving, team development, and critical thinking skills
- High level of integrity with strong emphasis on making and meeting commitments
- High sense of urgency with the ability to delegate and prioritize to meet required deadlines
- Must have construction experience and knowledge of solar installations

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $114,300 - $139,700 annually. This position is eligible for PowerFlex's comprehensive Health and Welfare plans including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off. The total compensation for this position may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable). PowerFlex's compensation packages carefully consider a candidate's qualifications, experiences, and education in relation to the position.

Working Conditions

Role Overview
The Customer Operations Associate is responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, supporting a portfolio of key accounts, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. This role focuses on delivering a high-quality customer experience while collaborating with internal teams such as Sales, Distribution, Credit, and Operations.
Primary Responsibilities
Order Management & EDI Coordination
- Process EDI, manual, and B2B orders; provide confirmations/recaps and communicate any order impacts.
- Manage day-to-day order execution for assigned accounts to ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
- Handle cancellations, returns, credits, debits, and value-added service requests.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth order flow in line with business and customer requirements.
- Validate EDI transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate and analyze daily order reports and proactively address issues.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, supporting escalations as needed.
- Create and maintain account SOPs for assigned customers.
- Assist with special projects or initiatives as assigned by management.
Process Optimization & Automation
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Assist in implementing tools, technologies, and best practices to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years in Key Account management, Wholesale Customer Service, or Customer Operations.
- 2+ years of experience with end-to-end EDI order processing and troubleshooting.
- Salesforce and SAP experience a plus.
- Experience in Wholesale Customer Service or Operations in Apparel, Footwear, or similar industries preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities.

Job Summary
The Member & Volunteer Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a welcoming and organized experience for BGCO members, families, volunteers, and community partners. This position supports the day-to-day management of membership systems, family communications, volunteer coordination, and community engagement activities.
The Coordinator helps ensure accurate membership records, supports volunteer recruitment and onboarding, and assists with outreach efforts to increase participation in BGCO programs.
Working closely with the Club Operations team, this role helps strengthen connections between BGCO, our members, families, volunteers, and the broader Oakland community.
Primary Responsibilities:
Membership & Member Services
- Support the membership registration process, including maintaining accurate records in MyClubHub (Salesforce Platform).
- Assist families with membership questions and program enrollment.
- Ensure membership records are current.
- Serve as a point of contact for membership system support and troubleshooting.
- Assist Club staff with administrative support related to member services and program operations.
Volunteer Coordination
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of volunteers across BGCO Clubhouses.
- Coordinate volunteer applications, background checks, and onboarding requirements in partnership with HR.
- Help match volunteers with meaningful opportunities that support BGCO programs and events.
- Maintain volunteer records and assist with volunteer communications and scheduling.
- Support recognition efforts and engagement activities for volunteers.
Community Engagement & Recruitment
- Support outreach efforts to increase youth membership across BGCO sites.
- Assist with organizing recruitment activities such as school outreach, community events, and resource fairs.
- Help coordinate logistics for volunteer and member recruitment events.
Communications & Family Engagement
- Assist with family communications through MyClubHub.
- Support family engagement initiatives and special events that strengthen connections between BGCO and families.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain organized electronic and physical records related to membership, volunteers, and communications.
- Support Club leadership with administrative tasks and operational coordination.
- Help maintain calendars and communication systems related to membership and volunteer activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with families, youth, volunteers, and community partners from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience with databases, spreadsheets, or CRM systems preferred.

Salary Range: $52,000 - $57,000
