* Oversee all daily shipping and receiving activities, including the scheduling, preparation, verification, and tracking of shipments.

Compensation Counts:
RH2 has an excellent multi-component compensation package built to recognize and financially reward our employees’ contributions throughout their career with the company. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical engineering or other hard science; MBA required
- Proven experience as a COO or similar operational role within a high-customization, job shop manufacturing environment
- Prior experience working at companies with $50-$100 million in revenue
- Possesses a strong mechanical aptitude
- Strong understanding of luxury interior products and market dynamics
- Demonstrated success in driving growth through organic and acquisition strategies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial acumen and experience working with financial metrics
