Role Overview
The Customer Operations Associate is responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, supporting a portfolio of key accounts, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. This role focuses on delivering a high-quality customer experience while collaborating with internal teams such as Sales, Distribution, Credit, and Operations.
Primary Responsibilities
Order Management & EDI Coordination
- Process EDI, manual, and B2B orders; provide confirmations/recaps and communicate any order impacts.
- Manage day-to-day order execution for assigned accounts to ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
- Handle cancellations, returns, credits, debits, and value-added service requests.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth order flow in line with business and customer requirements.
- Validate EDI transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate and analyze daily order reports and proactively address issues.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, supporting escalations as needed.
- Create and maintain account SOPs for assigned customers.
- Assist with special projects or initiatives as assigned by management.
Process Optimization & Automation
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Assist in implementing tools, technologies, and best practices to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years in Key Account management, Wholesale Customer Service, or Customer Operations.
- 2+ years of experience with end-to-end EDI order processing and troubleshooting.
- Salesforce and SAP experience a plus.
- Experience in Wholesale Customer Service or Operations in Apparel, Footwear, or similar industries preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
Design and engineer commercial and small utility-scale solar PV projects
Communicate with utilities on an ongoing basis
Stay up-to-date on code and policy changes that impact system design
Coordinate cadence with customer during design phase and construction phase
Coordinate design package with Engineering firms
Coordinate with vendors and lead procurement of materials
Perform inspections during the installation process
Oversee commissioning process
Assist in close out of projects with utility
Perform production analysis for PV systems

Qualifications
Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil or Electrical preferred) or related major

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $88,560 - $108,240 annually. This position is eligible for PowerFlex's comprehensive Health and Welfare plans including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off. The total compensation for this position may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable). PowerFlex's compensation packages carefully consider a candidate's qualifications, experiences, and education in relation to the position.
Physical Requirements
Remaining in a seated position. Long hours on the computer keyboard. Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking. Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 25 pounds regularly/occasionally.
Working Conditions

WHAT IS THE ROLE
This exciting role sits within the Buzz Client Service Team, reporting to the Director, Client Service Hotels and will be responsible for retaining and growing a small number of high-level client relationships within major Hotel chains. Your role is to liaise with clients and internal production and logistics to ensure all product is delivered to time and within budget. You will also manage a number of product refreshes during the lifecycle of the Hotel contract, as well you will look for opportunity for revenue growth within accounts.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A seasoned account director who takes ownership of their client portfolio, managing strategic client relationships and generating new opportunities within these accounts.
The successful candidate will have:
· Previous experience managing high-value accounts and preferably experience in the product development process, either through selling into hotels or wholesale retail
· Proven ability to deliver growth in revenue and repeat business by successfully managing existing client relationships.
· Highly tuned analytical skills with the ability to apply this to the development of sales strategies and plans.
· Demonstrated experience in effectively managing cross-functional teams to deliver on deadlines and outcomes for your clients.
· Sound knowledge of CRM's and project management tools such as Smartsheet and Salesforce, with int-adv. MS Office skills.
· An understanding of, and network within, Hotels would be considered advantageous - either developed through selling into this industry for several years or having worked within the industry directly.

The CRM Campaign Operations Project Manager is responsible for a key franchise group (e.g., Oncology) and leads consumer brand team marketing initiatives, supporting cross-functional team members and agency partners to align and execute on email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns. CRM Campaign Operations Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day management and oversight of medium-high complex brand CRM engagements including developing project plans, creating status reports, conducting weekly status meetings, following up / communicating with all stakeholders to ensure on-time, flawless execution of brand CRM programs.
- Learn the business for the respective therapeutic areas/brands.
- Effectively work with multiple departments and agencies throughout project development and implementation to keep projects on time and ensure all requirements are met.
- Proactively manage workload and continuously look for ways to improve brand campaigns to meet brands' objectives and goals by reviewing campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and communicating them to the marketing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Represent the firm to clients, peer organizations, and business associates
- Establish programs to accomplish marketing-related aspects of our mission
- Manage and oversee conference, trade show, and event messaging and materials where we are exhibitors, and attend as requested by management.
- Manage prequalification activities
- Manage proposal activities including development of winning strategies for each proposal
- Production of high quality RFQ/P responses
- Lead pursuit and approach meetings, alongside Director
- Direct, communicate, and manage timely collection of deliverables, content, and components from internal and external parties
- Conduct research to understand client and project needs, preferences and requirements
- Author, collaborate, and edit proposal content to align with company values and standards
- Create visually appealing proposals and content, providing information in an attractive and clear manner
- Manage presentation activities including development of slide deck, story boards, and other supporting materials
- Coordinate with staff, proposed team members, design partners, subconsultants, and clients to ensure complete, strategic, and winning proposal responses
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate performance, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements for future projects.
- Lead, coordinate and manage collateral materials development, public relations and advertising programs, corporate identity development and implementation, special events, and market research activities

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, English, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Ideal candidate has 8+ years of marketing experience in the AEC industry.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, is required.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM software a plus, but not a requirement
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong writing and editing skills, and exceptional graphic layout design skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks amid changing needs and demands, maintaining a constant attention to detail
- Flexibility to periodically work outside normal business hours, and travel as required for business needs

About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company entering a major greenfield Salesforce implementation. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will architect and build the Salesforce ecosystem from the ground up, owning the technical vision, platform scalability, and long-term enterprise architecture strategy.
This is not a maintenance role. This is a foundational build.
The Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect with:
• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• 4+ years in architectural leadership roles

Key Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Director of Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the offices of an international commercial real estate advisory firm. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in administrative management and the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and to assume a highly visible role in a best-in-class organization. This position will report directly to the SVP of Human Resources.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following areas:
Human Resources Management
- Oversee workflow for optimum service from administrative staff.
- Follow all required human resource policies and procedures and update personnel when changes or conditions warrant.
- Recruit and interview administrative staff positions. Onboard/Offboard new hires and terminations including preparation and review of new hire and termination documentation.
- Assist with all employee benefit enrollment processes.
- Train and supervise administrative staff.
- Conduct performance/salary reviews and disciplinary reviews.
- Track employee time reporting and paid time off schedules, review and reconcile biweekly payroll.
Accounting Management
- Manage and oversee all day-to-day aspects of the accounting process such as accounts payable, accounts receivables and collections, broker statement reconciliation review, direct transaction expense (POT) account maintenance and statement reconciliation, and review/approve expense reports.
- Responsible for reviewing commission billings, managing approval process, and monitoring billing status.
- Assist Region Lead with quarterly revenue projections.
- Preparation of annual budgets for region including monthly review and quarterly maintenance.
- Produce regularly scheduled and ad-hoc reports for the accounting department.
Local Facilities Management
- Interface with landlord/building management regarding office lease, rental payments, security measures, and parking facilities. Liaison between building management and employees.
- Oversee and ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the office space.
- Purchase and order approved equipment, furniture and fixtures.
- Review and approve office supply orders.
- Manage and review vendor contracts for goods and services.
- Manage regional office moves, expansions, and/or space coordination.
Additional Responsibilities
- Liaison with corporate departments regarding finance, human resources, legal (including broker licensing and compliance with respective State licensing laws), technology, research, marketing, events, advertising and public relations.
- Manage multiple offices remotely.
- Work on local, regional, and national special projects as required.
- Coordinate special events as needed.
