Work Schedule

  • Full-time salaried position

Position Summary

The Regional Safety Specialist will be responsible for onboarding and orientating field personel in the midwest region and traveling to regional project sites to audit project safety. The individual will work directly with field leadership to ensure strict compliance with client and site requirements, OSHA standards, and K&K Inc. policies and procedures and safety protocols. This role requires firm but professional enforcement of safety rules and the ability to stop work when standards are not met. Compliance is verified—not assumed.


Responsibilities

  • Travel to active project sites across multiple states and regions
  • Uphold K&K Inc. core vales (see )
  • Conduct safety audits, inspections and compliance reviews
  • Verify JSAs are task-specific and complete
  • Monitor subcontractor compliance
  • Lead safety meetings and field coaching
  • Ensure permit compliance (hotwork, excavation, confined space, etc.)
  • Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
  • Track safety metrics and reporting
  • Maintain consistency across all projects
  • Communicate with management and client safety representatives
  • Perform OQs
  • Conduct/lead safety onboarding classes


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years field safety experience (industrial, construction, pipeline, or oil & gas preferred)
  • OSHA 30 required (OSHA 510 preferred)
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA standards
  • Experience with permits, JSAs, and safety documentation
  • Strong leadership presence and communication skills
  • Ability to enforce safety policies consistently and professionally
  • Spanish and English speaking, reading and writing
  • Willingness to travel
  • Clean driving record and valid license
  • Intermediate Microsoft program efficiency

The top candidate will work with our highly skilled team to provide industry-leading customer service and support for John Deere SmartGrade and Topcon machine control solutions. The candidate will complete installations, calibrations and troubleshooting for customers and work side-by-side with the Precision Construction Sales Specialists to deliver outstanding customer experience.
Essential Functions


  • Articulate and promote customer benefits of technology and value that Murphy Technology Solutions provides customers.
  • Have a clear understanding of grade control activities and applications that take place on customer job sites.
  • Install, calibrate, and prepare machine control systems and verify optimal performance prior to machine delivery.
  • Support and diagnose customer issues with machine control systems or jobsite grade management and perform repairs. 
  • Set-up base and rovers and localize jobsites as needed.
  • Support Precision Construction Sales Specialists with technical questions
  • Deliver customer and internal training for machine control and grade management.
  • Maintain technology and industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Maintain inventory of grade control systems, components, and tools.
  • Collaborate with our team on new products and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Keep up to date on competitive offerings and differences.

Physical Requirements and Work Schedule


Employee must be able to do occasional lifting of up to 60 lbs., crawl and climb on/under heavy equipment, walk over construction/excavation sites (irregular terrain), stoop, bend, kneel, twist and stand for extended periods of time. Employee must be able to operate a motor vehicle day and night and will be asked to travel long distances with some nights out (estimated 50% travel).

Education/Work Experience


·        Prior Sales, Service, or Vocation/Technical degree and/or equivalent work experience or training in grade control is preferred.

·        Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

About the Role

Within the assigned territory the position is responsible for driving new business, achieving profitable territory results, developing and maintaining relationships with our provider customers of PEDMARK in Nebraska, Iowa, and Missouri. Educating HCPs through strong professional relationships built with trust and reliability are the cornerstone of a successful Territory Manager. Each Territory Manager will build, manage, and execute business plans that will deliver on company sales objectives. All employees are expected to demonstrate integrity, and compliance with all interactions and adhere to industry guidelines. 


Responsibility

  • Achieve/Exceed PEDMARK sales goals by maximizing revenue and market share in the assigned territory. Masters in-depth knowledge of the product, market, customers and distribution model.
  • Educates and promotes PEDMARK to cisplatin prescribing Oncologists, NPs, PAs in pediatric, academic and community sites of care. 
  • Uses in-depth product knowledge that includes the safety and efficacy of PEDMARK to make compelling, compliant, and persuasive sales calls to customers resulting in PEDMARK sales.
  • Must be a skilled collaborator who can build significant internal and external stakeholder relationships to deliver on the PEDMARK promise. 
  • Heart of a champion. Must have a passion to serve others, operate every day with a sense of urgency, and manage multiple accounts.
  • Sells PEDMARK adhering to company’s business ethics, compliance policy, marketing message, and company strategy.
  • Work together with company’s medical and patient services teams to build and maintain high quality customer relationships. Must be skilled at scheduling, coordinating, and following through with planned programs including medical education, provider in-services, and executive exchanges.
  • Continuously improves selling skills and product knowledge through self-driven behaviors as well as the successful completion in company training programs.
  • Responsibly manages and utilizes company resources, including territory budget, company literature, and marketing materials.
  • Operate within full compliance of OIG guidelines as directed by Fennec Pharmaceuticals
  • Accurately report sales activities through the consistent use of company directed and provided tools
  • Create and submit timely and accurate expense reports using assigned expense system


Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree required
  • 2 – 5 + years of successful B2B selling experience required
  • Documented consistent rankings in the top 20%

Base salary range: $95,000-$120,000

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base

salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the

individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique

skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
