The Technical Support Specialist (HVAC) actively resolves the day-to-day technical needs of customers by managing problems and solutions. This position will report to the Director of Service and Aftermarket and is located in Niles, Illinois.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to external and internal customers (primarily via phone)
- Understand customer concerns and resolve problematic issues in a professional manner
- Provide after-hours phone support
- Communicate with customers, engineering, sales, and service management
- Troubleshoot and provide suggestions to resolve electrical, mechanical, technical, or industry related issues
- Document events for future reference and create corrective action reports (CARs) as needed
Requirements
- Associate’s degree and/or five (5)+ years of direct work experience without formal education
- Minimum of three (3) years of process cooling experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic PLC ladder logic, AutoCAD drawings, system level controls, refrigerant equipment, pumps, tanks, and piping
- Ability to read and comprehend schematics, wiring diagrams, ladder logic, etc.
- Prior experience in customer service (either face-to-face or over the phone)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and provide high-quality customer service

N&A is seeking a Project Account Manager to provide accounting support in our back office. The Project Account Manager will primarily be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting activities for N&A’s construction initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations for assigned N&A projects, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across processes. Key tasks include:
- Collecting and processing payment applications and invoices from contractors
- Collaborating with Project Managers to review all project related invoicing
- Handling vendor relations, including managing payments and communications, and integrating data into accounting systems
- Preparing AIA pay applications for client submission
- Managing all project Change Orders and allowance/contingency tracking
- Collecting and distributing all corresponding documents for receivables/payables such as waivers, certified payrolls, etc.
- Participate in regular accounting meetings to align with colleagues and promote efficiency
- Document accounting processes for improved departmental consistency

Qualifications

Job Summary
The Marketing Representative is responsible for driving growth for Serenity Home Healthcare’s skilled nursing services by building strong, trust-based relationships with referral sources serving geriatric and pediatric populations. Duties
Referral Development & Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physician offices, case managers, social workers, discharge planners, pediatric care coordinators, and community agencies.
- Serve as a clinical marketing liaison, clearly communicating Serenity’s skilled nursing services, admission criteria, and care capabilities for both geriatric and pediatric patients.
- Follow up promptly on all referrals and inquiries to support timely admissions and positive referral experiences.
- Ensure consistent, professional communication with referral partners to build long-term trust and collaboration.
Marketing & Outreach
- Execute targeted outreach strategies to grow skilled referrals in geriatric and pediatric service lines.
- Represent Serenity Home Healthcare at community events, healthcare networking events, hospital in-services, health fairs, and professional meetings.
- Conduct educational presentations and in-services to referral partners on skilled home health services, outcomes, and best practices.
- Support targeted and seasonal marketing campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
Collaboration & Internal Coordination
- Work closely with clinical leadership, branch managers, intake, and business development teams to ensure accurate messaging and smooth referral transitions.
- Support the Business Development Manager with outreach initiatives, reporting, and strategy development.
- Provide feedback from the field to help improve processes, messaging, and service delivery.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track referral activity, conversion rates, and market trends.
- Analyze referral patterns to identify growth opportunities and service gaps.
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related field will also be considered.
- 2 – 5 years of experience in home health, healthcare marketing, case management, or clinical outreach required.
- Strong understanding of skilled home health services, care coordination, and discharge planning processes.
- Experience working with geriatric and/or pediatric populations strongly preferred.
