What You Need to Know: Be the Best Hospice Registered Nurse/RN Team Director You Can Be
If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:
- Associate degree preferred
- Certified Hospice Nurse (CHPN) preferred
- Three+ years' experience in hospice, home health, general medical surgery, oncology, or patient population-specific nursing (i.e., geriatrics, pediatric, etc.)
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience
- Possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role (preferred)
- Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
- Meet the regulations and requirements of the state(s) in which the program provides services
As a Hospice Registered Nurse Team Director, you will :
- Supervise direct patient and family care team members, in collaboration with program site leadership
- Responsible for scheduling , payroll, and other administrative duties
- Ensure all initial assessments and required reassessments are conducted by qualified team members within required time frames, including documentation submissions, and/or synchonization
- Oversee and support the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) in development, implementation, and review of the interdicisiplinary plan of care for each patient and family
- Collaborate with program site leadership memebrs to monitor, manage, and mentor staff in patient care activities, productivity, and documentation per related policies and protocols
- Pariticpates and promotes Back to Bedside efforts in reinforcing Case Management skills, and knowledge and attitude per protocol for all disciplines
- Collaborate with site leadership to support staff education efforts
- Facilitates IDG meetings and provides ongoing IDG Support such as triaging incoming calls, provides caller support and assistance, and performs quality calls
- Participates in or lead quality improvement activities, including data collection and aggregation as able
- Reinforces and supports all internal and external communications

What you’ll be doing :
- Keep the Asset Protection Manager informed of all potential workplace security and safety issues.
- Maintain order and control of the front desk, lobby areas and switchboard.
- Prevent internal theft by conducting scanning and bag checking of all employees and visitors exiting the facility.
- Monitor entrance and front lobby to ensure all visitors are authorized, logged in and escorted.
- Monitor entire property via CCTV system, fire, and burglar alarm systems to respond to incidents as needed across multiple fulfillment centers and delivery operations buildings.
- Audit physical security platforms (intrusion, access control & CCTV) across multiple buildings to ensure functionality of all systems.
- Analyze data & conduct video audits relating to Shrink & Cargo Loss across multiple buildings to mitigate risk.
- Monitor parking lot areas to report unauthorized visitors/vehicles or unlawful activity to leadership.
- Notify emergency personnel (police/fire) in the event of emergencies as appropriate.
- Assist and support leadership team with safety, emergency crisis and evacuation drills and real events as needed.
- Ensure regulatory compliance measures are being adhered to with associates and vendors that are entering the facility.
- Manage and maintain safety training and regulatory compliance training documents.
- Administer new hire safety training and annual refresher safety training.
- Monitor all inbound and outbound trailer activity in the trailer yard.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Optometrist based in the Greater Hudson Valley Area. The Optometrist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing and managing ocular diseases, and prescribing corrective lenses or other treatment plans. ASSISTANT MANAGER
Assistant Managers support Restaurant Managers in their efforts to develop a team of dedicated people delivering great guest experiences and profitable top line sales.
Responsibilities Include:
Team Environment - Promote a team environment by fostering respect, providing coaching and feedback, recognizing achievements, resolving employee concerns and communicating effectively. Assist in the recruitment, selection, and training of Crew Members and Shift Leaders as directed by the Restaurant Manager. Support development of team members through effective cross training, deployment, and delegation of responsibilities. Hold team members accountable for their behavior and performance, addressing concerns promptly.
Operations Excellence for Guest Satisfaction - Hold guests as highest priority and role model exceptional guest service. Assist Restaurant Manager in promoting an environment where there is a sense of urgency to satisfy guests. Ensure Brand standards and systems are executed. Monitor team performance to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met at all times. Complete all required training including ServSafe® certification.
Profitability - Drive sales through effective execution of restaurant standards and marketing initiatives. Delegate and lead processes to control labor costs, food costs, and cash. Ensure the safety and security of team and guests through a focus on preventative maintenance and cleanliness. Work with Restaurant Manager to assess restaurant, develop action plans to target opportunities, and implement plans designed to achieve goals. Comply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.
