Position Summary

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Design, fine-tune, and optimize large language models (LLMs) and multimodal models for healthcare-specific NLP tasks, such as information extraction, classification, and summarization from clinical documents (e.g., medical charts, patient files, scanned forms).
- Develop and improve document understanding pipelines, including fine-tuning OCR / layout-aware models (especially in cloud environments like Azure AI, Azure Foundry) to handle real-world variability in medical forms, handwriting, and scanned PDFs.
- Build and iterate on end-to-end ML solutions that transform unstructured healthcare data into structured, actionable insights
- Collaborate closely with clinicians, product managers, data annotators, and engineers to define problems, curate/annotate datasets, evaluate model performance against clinical and business metrics, and iterate quickly.
- Deploy models into production environments (cloud-based inference, batch processing, or API endpoints) with attention to latency, cost, scalability, and healthcare compliance considerations (HIPAA, data privacy).
- Stay current with advancements in LLMs, vision-language models, efficient fine-tuning techniques (LoRA/QLoRA, PEFT), RAG, multimodal AI, and domain-specific healthcare AI research.
- Contribute to a culture of rapid prototyping, rigorous evaluation, and continuous improvement in a dynamic project landscape where priorities can shift based on new opportunities or stakeholder needs.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with common ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)

- Using pre-trained models for classification or extraction tasks

In this role, you will lead the strategy development and execution for Yami’s lifecycle marketing channels, with a focus on automating email, in-app messaging, mobile push notifications, and SMS. As an advocate for customer experience, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer engagement and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute strategic email, push, SMS, and in-app channels marketing campaigns, driving revenue growth and customer engagement. This includes conceptualizing campaigns, managing scheduling, writing compelling copy, and making HTML edits to support product launches, promotions, and cross-sell/up-sell initiatives.
- Own performance tracking and reporting for all lifecycle channels.
- Execute segmentation-based campaigns across lifecycle channels, customizing content, product selection, and offers by language site, customer segment, and category affinity.
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize subject lines, creative content, cadence, segmentation, and timing, providing actionable insights to enhance email campaign performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and design, to ensure smooth project launches and the ongoing optimization and enhancement of campaigns.
- Assit in managing marketing automation processes to ensure accuracy and optimize effectiveness.
- Other related projects as assigned.
Qualification (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1+ year experience in developing lifecycle marketing programs (email, push, SMS, in-app, site, etc.; experience with enterprise-grade ESP preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards in both content and execution.
- Excellent copywriting skills, with experience crafting engaging and persuasive content across multiple platforms (e.g., social media, blogs, product descriptions).
- Visual/Design sensibility to support communication and guide the customer journey through campaign assets.
- Experience with segmentation, targeting, automation, and A/B testing.
- Knowledge of customer conversion, re-engagement, and retention strategies.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, GTM).
- Ability to execute a vision through consensus, negotiation, and data-driven persuasion
- Strong Excel skills; SQL and HTML proficiency preferred.
- Keen awareness of social media trends and major e-commerce platforms, staying up-to-date with trends that impact marketing strategies and customer engagement.
- Strong interest in marketing across categories such as food, beauty, and home, with a passion for creating impactful campaigns in these verticals.
- Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs, with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsible for inspection and creation of First Article Inspection reports to ensure customer requirements. The Inspector is also responsible to record and report any defects and ensure the defects are corrected before the finalization of the FAI. Committed member to the Quality and Production teams and adaptable to changing roles within the Quality function .
Primary Responsibilities
- Carries out and coordinates all inspection and test requirements as outlined in the Quality Procedure Manual and contract requirements including compliance with the requirements of AS9100 and AS9102 standards.
- Maintains relevant updated specification, standard and quality systems documents.
- Inspects visually for defects.
- Compares results with drawing and specification requirements.
- Reports problems with inspection and test results to Quality Supervisor.
- Identifies defective parts and segregates from acceptable product.
- Notifies Quality Supervisor and Quality Engineer when inspection data exceeds acceptable limits or when major incidents of poor quality are noted.
- Records results on inspection forms or charts and report number of defects found.
- Supports the quality record retention requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Quality Assurance standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in GD&T. Ability to read blueprints.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
- Ability to communicate with all levels within Productions and get messages across that has the desired effect.
- Ability to think critically and act logically to evaluate situations and generates required steps to ensure success.

- Knowledge of calibration requirements/procedures.
- Proficiency with different gages (e.g. calipers, pin gages, radius gages, snap gages, etc.)
- Proficiency with computer-based applications. Microsoft Excel a must.

Education/Previous Experience Requirements
- High School Degree or equivalent strongly preferred.
- Minimum of three years successful employment as an individual contributor with a preference for manufacturing experience.
- Experience in Quality Assurance is preferred.
- 1st Article experience, preferably more than a year.
- Familiar with AS9102 Rev. C forms.
- Experience with GE, Middle River, and/or Collins preferred.
