FREMONT: We are looking to hire 2 full-time physicians to help us expand our REI/IVF practice in the Fremont area. Our service area - the Greater Southern Alameda Area - has OBGYN offices in 3 locations: Fremont, San Leandro, and Union City with 60+ OB/GYN physicians. We support 2 hospitals located in our Fremont and San Leandro campuses, with 1 Labor and Delivery unit in San Leandro. We are a team that values high quality, evidence-based medicine with a commitment to performance improvement work. We deliver approximately 4000 births a year; led by our Hospitalist group and supported by 20+ midwives. Our hospital has a Level 3 NICU and Neonatologists on staff. Our team of specialists includes 5 Perinatologists, 1 Urogynecologist, 2 REI/IVF specialists, 3 MIGS fellowship trained physicians, and 3 Complex Family Planning fellowship trained physicians. We serve a diverse patient population who speak 53 languages and have an established Maternal Child Health Patient Advisory Committee that focuses on health equity. We offer an exciting OB/GYN practice with lots of opportunity to grow as a physician in a supportive environment. All of our new hires have a physician mentor and participate in a robust onboarding program. We also offer an opportunity to participate in teaching and mentoring medical students.


SACRAMENTO:We are looking to hire a full-time physician to help us expand our REI/IVF practice in the Sacramento area. We currently have 2 board-certified physicians, 1 REI-trained PA, and 2 NPs, a close-knit team of support staff (RNs, LVN's, MA's), and a broad network of Kaiser Permanente physician colleagues, including Gyn/Onc, MFM, urogynecology, female pelvic pain, and minimally invasive surgery specialists, and over 94 OB/GYN generalists and 16 OB/GYN NPs in our medical center and satellite campuses. You will be joining a large group of KP Northern California REI specialists. We also have a reproductive urologist available for consultation (TESE/MESA capability).


SAN RAMON: We are looking to hire a full-time physician to help us expand our REI/IVF practice in San Ramon. We currently have two physicians and two REI-trained NPs, a close-knit team of support staff, and a broad network of Kaiser Permanente physician colleagues. You will be joining a large group of KP Northern California REI specialists.


SANTA CLARA: We are looking to hire a full-time physician to help us expand our REI/IVF practice in the South Bay. We currently have 4 board-certified physicians (1 full-time and 3 part-time) and 4 REI-trained NPs, 2 part-time REI trained advice nurses, a close-knit team of support staff (LVN's and MA's), and a broad network of Kaiser Permanente physician colleagues, including Gyn/Onc, MFM, urogynecology, female pelvic pain, and 10 minimally invasive surgery specialists, and 68 OB/GYN generalists and 3 OB/GYN NPs in our medical center and satellite campuses. Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced professional who will be responsible for administration of Rockwell FactoryTalk-based process control systems and Inductive Automation's Ignition-based process control and environmental monitoring systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting these systems in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment, with a good understanding of FDA regulations. This role focuses on deploying system updates, administering system security, resolving technical issues, and ensuring system reliability under the direction of a System Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform periodic system maintenance activities such as System Maintenance, Server Maintenance, System Audit Trail Review, User access reviews and coordinating with IT and drive completion of server maintenance.
  • Monitor system performance, identifying bottlenecks and working with system manager to implement solutions to optimize system UI/UX. Perform periodic system health checks.
  • Validate compatibility of OS patches with the application and co-ordinate with IT for installation of patches and perform post-patch verification testing on a periodic basis.
  • Work with the System Manager to evaluate application patches on a periodic basis, perform installation of approved patches and assist Validation Engineers in regression testing following patch installation.
  • Administering system security and access control such as creating, managing and updating user accounts within the system environments per applicable procedures.
  • Collaborating with the System Manager to create and maintain training content and provide training to users requesting access.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software issues and collaborate with IT to resolve network-related issues impacting system availability and performance.
  • Provide technical support during change management and assist automation engineers and/or system integrators in deploying changes to systems.
  • Provide technical support for validation engineers performing annual backup and restore testing as well as disaster recovery testing.
  • Assist validation engineers in installation, operational and performance testing as well as perform IQ/OQ/PQ testing, when required.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Industrial Automation, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience administering or integrating process control systems, specifically. Rockwell FactoryTalk-based systems and/or Inductive Automation's Ignition based systems. Experience interfacing with PLCs, SCADA, or historian systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience deploying and configuring systems in a production environment. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a GMP-regulated environment with a thorough understanding of FDA regulations (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11).
  • Familiarity with system validation, change control, and documentation practices in a regulated setting.
  • Experience in authoring and executing change control for implemented GMP systems.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.


Preferred Skills:

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Rockwell Automation, Ignition, or similar) are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in operating system administration (windows and Linux), network administration, Python scripting, or automation is a plus.

We are currently seeking a 3rd BE/BC Pediatric Nephrologist to join our pediatric specialty department in Oakland, California. The position is full-time, and the physician will be joining a team of 2 pediatric nephrologists locally at Kaiser Oakland and 2 additional pediatric nephrologists regionally as well as other pediatric subspecialists, case managers, social workers, dieticians, child life specialist, and support staff.


Responsibilities for the position will include providing clinical care in both the outpatient and inpatient settings for the pediatric members of Kaiser Permanente Health Plan, and supporting and collaborating with pediatricians, adult and family medicine physicians, other pediatric subspecialists, Urgent Care and Emergency Department Physicians, Pediatric Hospitalists, Pediatric Intensivists, and Neonatologists to provide care for the pediatric members.


In addition, the physician will help expand our inpatient hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis program and help build a CRRT program in collaboration with our PICU team. Your Mission

You will be the first dedicated Sales Hire at N28 Technologies. You will be a major contributor to the continued growth of the company by bringing in-depth knowledge of technology solutions across GenAI, Salesforce, and Data solutions.


The Account Executive will be accountable for both farming (up-sell & cross-sell) and hunting for new business. You will be responsible for driving profitable growth from the account(s) by:

  • Executing automation-friendly sales qualification, pre-sales, and solution development processes that ensure new and repeat business
  • Developing strategic relationships with decision-makers and influencers within the customer’s organization
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by working closely with their engineering and delivery teams


Responsibilities

  • Build a trusted group of referable contacts who can vouch for N28
  • Execute a plan to develop allies and partner allies, build personal connections, and gain access to new contacts
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with decision-makers and influencers within accounts; become a trusted IT advisor to customers
  • Identify opportunities for growth within accounts and lead account strategy and planning
  • Regularly monitor sales trends and market dynamics and incorporate insights into existing sales processes
  • Showcase N28’s offerings as a strategic fit for customer organizations through workshops, presentations, and executive meetings
  • Promote higher-value services and solutions aligned with N28’s offerings


Requirements

  • Deep experience and established relationships (CIOs/C-suite, Sales Ops, and others) within Healthcare & Lifesciences, Manufacturing, Semiconductor, and Hi-Tech companies
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Salesforce and AWS (including Connect and GenAI) products and GTM strategies
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or Challenger sales frameworks preferred
  • Experience with professional services delivery highly preferred
  • Pragmatic mindset and strong communication skills
  • Experience working with offshore or near-shore teams is a plus
  • Strong situational analysis, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
  • Detail- and quality-oriented with a desire to quickly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies
  • Previous experience managing $2M – $4M+ accounts

Martindale-Avvo Leads is seeking a high-performing Senior Account Executive (SAE) to join our Acquisition Sales organization. This role is designed for experienced sales professionals who excel at consultative, ROI-driven selling in a fast-paced, competitive environment. As an SAE, you’ll be responsible for acquiring new law firm clients, positioning Martindale-Avvo’s Leads digital marketing solutions, and consistently exceeding revenue goals while modeling best-in-class sales execution.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive new business acquisition through high-volume outbound prospecting, consultative discovery, and tailored solution presentations.
  • Lead with ROI and consultative value: position Martindale-Avvo Leads’s advertising digital marketing products in a way that connects to firm-specific growth goals.
  • Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and qualifying through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Master pipeline management: maintain disciplined activity, pipeline accuracy, and forecasting within Salesforce.

What You Bring:

  • Preferred 2-3+ years of B2B inside sales experience, including 2–3+ years of closing experience with a proven track record of consistently exceeding quota.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover business pain points, articulate ROI, and deliver compelling solution presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a short-to-medium sales cycle (2–4 weeks) while maintaining high activity levels.
  • Proven success in new business acquisition — cold calling, objection handling, pipeline creation, and disciplined follow-up.
  • Technical proficiency:
  • Fluency in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) - building reports, maintaining pipeline hygiene, and pulling insights for decision-making.
  • Strong working knowledge of Outreach or other sales engagement tools.
  • Comfort with Google Suite and other productivity platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills: professional verbal presence, confident presentations and on-video demos, and polished written follow-up.
  • High resilience and growth mindset - competitive, coachable, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Background in digital marketing, SaaS, or SMB marketplaces preferred.
  • Experience with sales or involvement in the Legal Industry also preferred.
