Position Description
The Senior Analyst, Sales Operations, is a key member of Aucta’s Commercial Operations team and plays a critical role in enabling sales effectiveness, operational execution, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
This role serves as the primary point of contact and vendor manager for core Sales Operations platforms, including Veeva CRM, MMIT, and Power BI, and is responsible for managing core quarterly commercial processes such as Incentive Compensation updates, targeting changes, sales force size and structure adjustments, and system governance.
In addition, this position leads the development and maintenance of training materials and delivers training for both field and inside sales and home office teams across Commercial Operations tools and platforms.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role in a fast-growing environment that requires strong analytical skills, operational rigor, comfort working cross-functionally, and the ability to translate complex data and systems into clear, actionable guidance for the business.
The role reports to the Director of Sales Operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Sales Operations & Vendor Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact and internal owner for Sales Operations tools and vendors, including Veeva CRM, MMIT, Power BI, and related commercial analytics platforms.
- Manage vendor relationships, system enhancements, issue resolution, upgrades, and roadmap discussions to ensure tools meet evolving business needs.
- Partner with IT, Finance, Sales leadership, and external vendors to maintain data integrity, system performance, and compliance.
Commercial Process Management
- Own and manage the quarterly change process for:
- Incentive compensation plan updates and calculations
- Targeting and call plan changes

Training & Enablement

Required Qualifications

About the Role The Cisco Networking Pre-Sales Consultant serves as a trusted technical advisor to customers and internal sales teams, translating business requirements into secure, scalable Cisco networking solutions.
This role combines deep technical expertise with strong consultative and presentation skills to influence architecture decisions, accelerate sales cycles, and deliver measurable customer outcomes.
You will partner closely with account executives, product specialists, and delivery teams to design, position, and demonstrate Cisco networking solutions across enterprise, data center, campus, WAN, wireless, and security domains.
What You'll Do: Customer Engagement & Solution Design Act as the primary technical advisor during the pre-sales lifecycle, from discovery through solution validation.
Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer business goals, operational constraints, and technical requirements.
Design end-to-end Cisco networking architectures aligned to customer use cases, including: Campus & Branch (Catalyst, Meraki) WAN & SD-WAN (Catalyst, ISR, ASR, SD-WAN) Data Center Networking (Nexus, ACI) Wireless & Mobility Network Security and Zero Trust integration Map customer needs to Cisco architectures, best practices, and roadmaps.
Sales & Partner Collaboration Partner with sales teams to develop winning technical strategies and differentiated value propositions.
Support RFPs, RFIs, and technical proposals with high-quality architecture diagrams, BOMs, and written responses.
Deliver compelling technical presentations and executive-level briefings.
Act as a technical liaison between customers, Cisco, and internal delivery teams.
Demonstrations & Proof of Value Develop and deliver live demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept (PoCs).
Articulate the business value of Cisco solutions, including performance, security, resiliency, and operational efficiency.
Address technical objections and competitive positioning with confidence and credibility.
Thought Leadership & Continuous Improvement Stay current on Cisco technologies, licensing models, and roadmaps.
Maintain strong awareness of industry trends (cloud networking, Zero Trust, automation, AI-driven operations, OT/IT convergence).
Contribute to internal best practices, reference architectures, and reusable assets.
Support enablement of sales and junior technical staff.
What You'll Bring Technical Expertise Cisco career certifications such as Cisco certified network associate or Cisco certified network professional Strong hands-on knowledge of Cisco networking technologies, including: Routing & Switching (Catalyst, ISR/ASR) Wireless (Catalyst Wireless, Meraki) SD-WAN and WAN architectures Network security fundamentals (firewalls, segmentation, Zero Trust concepts) Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, QoS, VLANs, VPNs).
Experience designing networks for enterprise, industrial, or mission-critical environments.
Professional Experience 5+ years in networking roles, with experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or senior network engineering strongly preferred.
Proven ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience supporting enterprise or public-sector customers is a plus.
Proven sales track record of Meeting or exceeding team sales quota Certifications (Preferred) Cisco certifications such as CCNP, CCIE (written or lab), or equivalent experience.
Additional certifications (Cisco DevNet, Security, Cloud) are advantageous.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Event Sales Manager to lead and grow our corporate events portfolio. This role is responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and overseeing the sales process from initial inquiry through event execution. The ideal candidate is strategic, polished, and comfortable working with (corporate) decision-makers, planners, and executive-level client.
Corporate Sales & Development
· Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and in-person tours
· Actively prospect and develop new corporate event business, including meetings, conferences, fundraisers, galas, holiday parties, and large-scale corporate celebrations
· Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and convert leads into confirmed events
· Conduct site tours and presentations tailored to corporate clients and planners
· Prepare customized proposals, pricing structures, and contracts
· Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business and referral
Client Management & Event Planning
· Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients throughout the sales and planning process
· Collaborate with clients to define event goals, scope, timelines, and budgets
· Oversee event documentation including contracts, BEOs, layouts, and timelines
· Coordinate closely with culinary, operations, and production teams to ensure seamless execution
· Ensure all event details align with client expectations and venue standards
Revenue & Performance
· Meet or exceed individual and departmental sales goals
· Identify opportunities for upgrades, enhancements, and added services to maximize revenue
· Track sales activity and maintain accurate records within the event management systems
Qualifications
· 3+ years of experience in corporate event sales or hospitality sales (venue, hotel, catering, or special events preferred) Strong communication and customer service skills
· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Experience with event software (Caterease, Social Tables, Cvent) is a plus
