Job Description:

• We are seeking a Digital Accessibility Product Design Specialist with deep expertise in digital accessibility to support product design teams in creating inclusive digital experiences.
• This role focuses on embedding accessibility into the design phase of product development, ensuring accessibility considerations are integrated early in the UX lifecycle. The specialist will partner closely with UX designers to review designs, guide accessible interaction patterns, and help prevent accessibility issues before development begins.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Product or UX Design and later specialized in accessibility, with hands-on experience applying accessibility standards, assistive technologies, and inclusive design practices across modern digital products.
• This is a design-focused accessibility role that emphasizes guiding accessible UX patterns during the design process rather than accessibility testing or engineering remediation.

Responsibilities:

Accessibility Design Integration

• Partner with UX and product design teams to incorporate accessibility best practices during the design and concept stages of product development.
• Review UX designs, wireframes, and interaction patterns to ensure accessibility considerations are addressed early.
• Guide designers on accessible interaction patterns, UI components, and inclusive user flows.
• Identify potential accessibility barriers during design reviews and recommend improvements.

Accessible UX Guidance

• Provide expertise on inclusive design principles and accessible UX patterns.
• Ensure proper color contrast, typography, spacing, focus states, and keyboard accessibility in digital interfaces.
• Support designers in building accessible components and patterns within design systems.
• Evaluate design prototypes and user flows for accessibility risks before development.
• Use assistive technologies and accessibility tools to validate design decisions.
• Provide guidance on designing for users relying on screen readers, keyboard navigation, and other assistive technologies.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, or UX Design.
• Minimum 4+ years of dedicated experience working in digital accessibility.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards including Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 / 2.2.
• Hands-on familiarity with assistive technologies including:
• JAWS
• NVDA
• VoiceOver
• TalkBack
• Experience guiding designers on accessible UX patterns and inclusive interaction design.
• Hands-on experience using assistive technologies to validate accessibility considerations.
• Experience identifying accessibility issues during the design phase of product development.
• Proficiency with design and collaboration tools including:
• Figma
• Jira or Atlassian
• Experience testing accessibility elements such as:
• Screen reader compatibility
• Keyboard navigation and focus management

POSITION SUMMARY

RISE Homes is hiring a Field & Office Operations Admin & Coordinator to support the physical and logistical side of our residential real estate business across the San Francisco Peninsula and Bay Area.

This role handles the hands-on execution that keeps listings prepared, marketing materials ready, vendors coordinated on site, and the office organized and professional. You will be out at properties, vendors, printers, and the office daily — ensuring everything is physically in place for listings, marketing, and events.

This is an ideal role for someone dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing many small but important tasks that keep a real estate team running smoothly.

ABOUT RISE HOMES

RISE Homes is a boutique real estate team based in San Mateo specializing in high-coordination residential listings, including probate and trust sales.

Our business manages multiple listings at once across the Bay Area, each requiring vendors, marketing, inspections, staging, and logistics. This role ensures the physical execution of those activities happens reliably and professionally.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

LISTING FIELD LOGISTICS

• Install and remove lockboxes at listings
• Pick up and deliver keys between office, agents, and vendors
• Install and remove yard signs and directional signs
• Deliver and set out brochures and property materials
• Check listing readiness before milestones (photos, staging, showings)
• Verify property access for vendors and inspectors
• Coordinate on-site logistics with the remote operations team

VENDOR & PROPERTY COORDINATION (ON-SITE)

• Meet painters, stagers, cleaners, photographers, and contractors at properties
• Provide access and confirm work scope
• Take photos or notes of progress and report back to team
• Confirm vendor completion and readiness
• Pick up or return materials related to listing prep
• Support staging install and removal logistics

(You are the on-site presence ensuring work happens as planned.)

MARKETING MATERIALS & PRINT COORDINATION

• Pick up brochures, flyers, postcards, and signage from printers
• Assemble brochure packets and marketing booklets
• Deliver marketing materials to listings and office
• Maintain inventory of signs, lockboxes, brochure boxes, and materials
• Prepare open house materials and supplies
• Organize and restock marketing storage areas

OFFICE OPERATIONS & PRESENTATION

• Keep office clean, organized, and professional
• Organize marketing materials, supplies, and equipment
• Maintain printer supplies and paper stock
• Assemble listing folders and presentation materials
• Prepare materials for meetings and events
• Ensure office readiness for clients and visitors

LISTING & EVENT SUPPORT

• Prepare open house kits and materials
• Deliver and pick up event supplies
• Assist with setup for client or community events
• Transport materials between office and event locations
• Support outreach and marketing logistics

INVENTORY & EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT

• Track lockboxes, signs, keys, and marketing materials

TOOLS & SYSTEMS

This role uses basic operational tools for coordination and communication:

What you’ll be working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams 
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures 
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
• Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
• State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a full-time role based in one of our San Francisco / Bay Area offices . During your interview process, we will determine the exact office location based on your preferences and business needs.

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base salary for this role is $308,700 per year based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

We are seeking an experienced operational leader to manage the organizational infrastructure for a deep-tech research institute.

This person will architect and build a scaleable internal operations infrastructure that will serve as a shared resource for Division Teams composed of scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs, policy experts, and others who speed development of innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Experience quickly and successfully scaling organizations from inception is critical. Individuals with high intelligence, curiosity, and EQ will thrive in this fast paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

Financial Leadership & Controls

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and organization-wide financial planning.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, cash management, and financial systems as the organization scales.
• Manage tax filings, audits, compliance, and all financial relationships with vendors and partners.
• Partner with Founders and Strategic Investments to deploy capital efficiently using creative instruments (recoverable grants, structured incentives, equity-like positions, etc.).
• Provide timely, accurate financial insights to Founders and Division Leads.

People & HR Operations

• Develop and maintain People Plan aligned with Founder and Division Lead needs.
• Oversee full HR lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and off-boarding.
• Manage HR systems (HRIS, payroll, ATS), benefits programs, compensation structures, and employee documentation.
• Deliver training, organizational development, and compliance with labor laws.

Facilities & Infrastructure

• Lead planning, leasing, purchasing, and buildout of office, lab, event, and vivarium spaces.
• Ensure facilities meet safety, compliance, and future scalability requirements.
• Oversee physical security, environmental standards, renovations, and expansion.

Information Technology

• Implement secure, scalable internal and external IT systems that meet diverse user needs.
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, cybersecurity practices, and intellectual property protections.

Legal, Tax & Compliance Oversight

• Coordinate with external counsel to manage organizational legal, tax, and regulatory matters.
• Ensure operational and investment activities comply with relevant laws, nonprofit rules, and reporting requirements.

Marketing, Communications & Community Engagement

• Shape brand, messaging, digital presence, and external communications.
• Produce events, convenings, webinars, and ecosystem-building engagements that extend our impact.
• Support community and partner relations, ensuring visibility and adoption of our concepts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience overseeing multi-functional operations, including finance, HR, legal, IT, and facilities.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, modeling, accounting systems, audits, and compliance.
• Ability to deploy capital creatively (grants, loans, equity-like structures) in mission-driven environments.
• Experience leading recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and culture-building in fast-growing start-up organizations.
• Skilled in building HR systems, compensation frameworks, benefits programs, and training infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience planning and executing facility buildouts (office, lab, or technical environments).
• Comfortable designing scalable operational systems for rapidly growing teams with diverse functional needs.
