Artisent Floors is adding an Account Manager to our team. As an Account Manager, you will have four core responsibilities: make in-person cold calls to businesses and multifamily apartment communities, measure apartment units and homes to create proposals for customers, drive branch revenue through individual performance, and ensure high levels of customer service to all current and future prospects.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will become a subject matter expert on all our products, softwares, and systems. You will become an expert at the \"Artisent Sales Method\" - the same methodology we've used to rapidly expand from just one store to 17 locations. To achieve this, you will spend one week in our home office in Memphis training and another week in your respective market with a trainer, focusing on the sales process.
Preferred candidates will have 2-5 years of outside sales or multi-family experience. Bilingual is a plus but not required. Exceptional ability to connect with prospects and customers. Driven by competition and working within a team environment. Strives to be better today than yesterday. Aptitude to learn and absorb new technologies and skills.

Role Description
We are looking for a Territory Sales Representative based in the Atlanta area to develop relationships with cabinet wholesalers, cabinet manufacturers, and cabinet retailers.
This role focuses on introducing cabinet accessory products, supporting product trials, and building long‑term supply relationships with local cabinet industry customers.
Key Responsibilites
- Visit cabinet wholesalers, cabinet dealers, cabinet manufacturers, and cabinet shops in the Atlanta region
- Introduce cabinet accessory products and demonstrate samples
- Build relationships with shop owners, purchasing managers, and production teams
- Identify opportunities for product trials and new customer accounts
- Follow up with prospects and maintain ongoing customer relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Job Details
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Act as the point of contact for customers. Assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs. Stock merchandise adequately. Perform other duties as necessary to maximize profitability, customer satisfaction, and teamwork, while protecting company assets.
DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Unload trucks.
* Follow company work processes to receive, open and unpack cartons and totes; store merchandise in stock room or move directly to sales floor.
* Build merchandise displays.
* Stock merchandise; rotate and face merchandise on shelves.
* Restock recovered merchandise.
* Assist customers by locating merchandise.
* Bail cardboard and take out trash; dust and mop store floors; clean restroom and stockroom.
* Comply with company policies and procedures.
* Greet customers.
* Operate cash register and flatbed scanner to itemize and total customer's purchase; bag merchandise.
* Collect payment from customer and make change.
* Assist with ordering merchandise using hand-held scanners, as needed.
* Clean front end of store and help set up sidewalk displays when necessary.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:
* Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
* Understanding of safety policies and practices.
* Ability to read and follow plan-o-gram and merchandise presentation guidance.
* Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures.

Your main responsibilities
As an Existing Installation (EI) Sales Account Manager at Schindler, you will cultivate relationships with customer to drive sales for elevator and escalator services, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. About the Role
We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (Growth Focus) to join our go-to-market team.
This is a sales-first role designed for someone early in their career who wants to build strong outbound skills while gaining exposure to how pipeline is created and scaled. In addition to core SDR responsibilities, you’ll contribute to outbound messaging, campaign execution, and go-to-market strategy.
You’ll be on the front lines of growth — engaging prospects, generating pipeline, and helping us refine how we reach and convert our target customers.
What You’ll Do
This is a high-activity role with clear ownership of pipeline generation.
Sales Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Lead outbound outreach with a strong focus on cold calling
- Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives
- Manage a high volume of activity and maintain accurate CRM data
- Handle objections and drive early-stage sales conversations
Growth / Marketing Responsibilities
- Build and iterate on outbound sequences and messaging

Compensation
This role offers a competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission structure with two earning layers:
- Demos booked — earn a flat bonus for every qualified demo that shows
- OTE Closed deals — earn a percentage of revenue on every deal that closes from your sourced pipeline
