Key Responsibilities:

- Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand a prospect's "Why" and effectively communicate the value of our coaching programs.
- Closing: Confidently present membership options, handle objections, and secure credit card payments over the phone for month-to-month, 6-month, and 12-month paid-in-full memberships.
- Pipeline Management: Track all leads, follow-ups, and conversions meticulously using our gym management software (experience with PushPress is a plus).
- The Handoff: Create detailed member profiles and communicate effectively with the coaching team so every new member is greeted by name and set up for success on day one.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2C phone sales, specifically closing deals on the first or second call.
- A confident, assumptive closer who is comfortable asking for the credit card over the phone.
- Excellent active listening skills and the ability to navigate objections with empathy and authority.
- A strong understanding of the fitness space (familiarity with CrossFit and HYROX is highly preferred).

POSITION SUMMARY
The Key Account Director (KAD) Sales - Oncology is responsible for the strategic engagement with Integrated Delivery Systems (IDNs), health systems, large group practices and high-volume HCPs to drive the launching, adoption and selling of the assigned portfolio of Celltrion USA, Inc. (“Company). This role is pivotal in executing market access strategies, fostering provider relationships, and ensuring successful product launches within the assigned territory. Other responsibility includes analysis of sales data to identify opportunities for business growth in assigned territory.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning and Execution- Deliverplans and achieve sales goals on budget.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans tailored to key accounts and align with national objectives/local market dynamics.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities within IDNs and large health systems to maximize biosimilar uptake.
- Identify opportunities and strategies to improve the positioning of Celltrion USA products at a local level.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including formulary committees, pharmacy directors and clinical leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing) to deliver cohesive value propositions.
Collaborate with Market Access & Contracting
- With Market Access, engage in negotiations and manage contracts within key accounts to ensure favorable terms that support adoption
- Monitor and address reimbursement challenges working closely with internal teams
- Engage HCPs in dialogue about approved indications, product efficacy/safety profiles, and treatment protocols to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze trends, competitive landscape and account performance
- Provide regular reports on key account metrics
- Collaborate with field salesforce as needed for pull-through
WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Pharma-Commercial, pre-launch launch, and post-launch of products.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Extensive knowledge and experience in biologics, biosimilars, and the full life cycle of product launch and post-launch.
- Solid business acumen, including the ability to access and interpret company provided territory data to incorporate into call planning and execution.
- Both a team player and individual contributor.

Specific Job Summary Based at the Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporate Office in Orlando, FL and reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Global Tax – Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), the Senior Manager, International Tax is responsible for managing day‑to‑day compliance operations, issue resolution in support of non-U.S.
business initiatives, and addressing evolving tax risks with respect to managing the preparation, review, and timely filing of non‑U.S.
income tax returns and associated disclosures for non-U.S.
MVW business entities.
Working closely with cross-functional teams to provide timely tax guidance, this role requires strong technical knowledge of international income taxation, effective coordination with local finance teams and external advisors, and close alignment with the global tax provision team to support accurate financial reporting.
The incumbent is technically proficient and with international income tax experience and a progressive tax professional with a commercial mindset who can deliver practical solutions, ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and enable MVW’s sustained international growth.
In addition, this incumbent possesses the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with a professional commitment to upholding MVW’s standards of integrity and excellence.
