Duties also include the construction and opening, operating and closing/tear down of the assigned Spirit stores.

Applicants must be at least 21, have a flexible schedule and have 2 to 5 years experience in a multi-store supervisory position.

The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.

Job Details Essential Duties and Responsibilities Reconcile customer accounts and ensure invoices are submitted on schedule.

Monitor over-aged accounts and follow up consistently through collection outreach.

Partner with the Sales team to support collection efforts and resolve outstanding issues.

Maintain electronic customer files, review credit applications, and update customer credit limits.

Research and resolve payment discrepancies or deductions.

Perform monthly reconciliations of the accounts receivable subledger to the general ledger.

Assist with AR projects and contribute to process improvements as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Experience with ERP systems and strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
