The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Driver. The Driver delivers vehicles and in some instances, customers, employees or vendors safely and timely to the appropriate destination(s) while giving helpful, courteous and professional customer service.
This pay for this position starts at $11/hour and is located at 3600 Terminal Dr. Vandalia, OH 45377.

The Driver is responsible for the transporting of fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations, as well as navigating written directions.
- Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed, following all rules of the road
- Deliver customers and vehicles to appropriate destination in a safe and courteous manner
- Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up multiple vehicles
- Organize travel route and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely
- May need to communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fulfill customers' prescription needs while concentrating on the accuracy of every prescription filled- Administer vaccines as needed- Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care to customers- Ensure pharmacies comply with all local, state and federal laws (including HIPAA)- Maintain a professional image through personal appearance, conduct and attitude and the physical condition of the pharmacy; adhere to pharmacy standards and enforce company dress standards- Achieve a thorough knowledge of the trade area, its customers and its competition- Create a positive pharmacy department image through strong service, friendliness and cooperativeness with customers, associates and outside vendors- Monitor stock replenishment, inventory levels, policies/procedures, record keeping, security, sanitation, scheduling, proper operation of all equipment, pricing, planograms, returns, budgets, reports to management, and product recalls per company policy- Maintain proper records, inventory and security on all scheduled drugs (i.e., controlled substances-narcotics)- Follow procedures for handling pharmacy products from authorized sources- Ensure all accuracy tools, including the accuracy scanner and 24-hour post dispensing audit report, are utilized appropriately- Establish/maintain all record keeping practices necessary for legal compliance, company policies, accounting policies and other requested reports- Maintain a clean, neat work area, including work counters, shelves, floors and the customer counter to present a professional, sanitary, organized image to customers- Ensure all product returns are handled in a timely fashion and per company policy- Maintain all equipment (e.g., computers, printers, accuracy scanners and cash registers) to ensure it remains in working condition- Maintain and organize all policy manuals, reference books, state laws and required equipment and verify that all staff is knowledgeable of their use- Maintain proper signage (e.g., store hours, counseling sign, services signs, pharmacists' photographs and names, and all other signs requested) in all areas necessary- Make a strong and continuous effort to broaden personal knowledge and pharmacy skills- Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
QUALIFICATIONS

As a Printhead Technician, you will focus on printhead operational performance improvement for Kodak Prosper S-Series, Prosper press and Ultra Stream customers. Work will include analyzing customer data, visiting customer sites to investigate current conditions, and developing and implementing customized improvement plans. The Printhead Technician will coordinate with customer management, operators and Kodak field service to ensure equipment and processes are at optimum conditions to promote the reliability of Kodak printheads and writing systems. Close interaction with other engineering disciplines is required due to the complex printing system consisting of fluid mechanics, electronics, software and materials. The Printhead Technician will have direct contact and develop vital working relationships with current customers, field service engineers, Sustaining engineers/technicians and Manufacturing operations. Additional duties include but are not limited to failure analysis of returned jetting modules, developing and delivering training materials, supporting ink jet integration on Prosper and Ultra Stream presses and generating trip reports to be shared with Kodak and customer management. Domestic travel to customer sites is expected to be between 5% - 15%.
Responsibilities:
• Obtain and Analyze Printhead Performance Data. Use Kodak's database and interact with the sales representative, field service organization and end customers to obtain and analyze customer data to investigate printhead life trends, system utilization, operating conditions and system configurations.
• Coordinate and Deliver Customer Training Visits. Work with field service and customers to plan and execute on-site visits to train operators and maintenance personnel on the best practices for optimum system performance. Investigate production, equipment or management conditions that may be negatively impacting the performance of Kodak printheads or writing systems.
• Develop and Execute Post-Visit Support Plans. After analyzing available data and conducting on-site training visits, provide improvement recommendations to the customer. Continue to follow up with the customer to ensure the plan is executed, then monitor and communicate the results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Revise Training Documentation and Materials. Work to improve current processes and training methods in order to achieve more effective outcomes or update documentation in response to new product developments.
• Provide Feedback and Assistance to Kodak Engineering and Manufacturing. Perform failure analysis on printheads returned from customers and work with internal Kodak departments to recommend process, software or design improvements.
• Support ink jet installation and start up on Prosper and Ultra Stream presses during integration at Kodak South.
Requirements:
• 5+ years in a technical contributor role or Customer Service
• Methodical approach to understanding customer workflow and quality goals, then translate them into successful system operations
• Extremely strong verbal and written English communication skills, including the ability to write technical procedures for system operations
• 15% domestic travel, including week-ends
• Strong foundation in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and fluidic technology
• Excellent customer empathy
• Ability to collect and communicate data to Engineering, for problem resolution and design improvement
