We are seeking a Director of Revenue Management to join the Hyatt Centric Delfina, Santa Monica team.

As a member of the Executive Committee, this role champions and implements market strategies that deliver products and services that meet or exceed the needs and expectations of our target guests and property colleagues.

The Director of Revenue Management is responsible for identifying and maximizing revenue opportunities across transient, group, and contracted business, while recommending and maintaining pricing, positioning, and inventory controls across all channels. Key Responsibilities

Pricing, Inventory, and Channel Management

  • Establish pricing levels across all segments and room types; own daily pricing and inventory processes.

  • Ensure all distribution channels have accurate content, rate loading, and inventory maintenance; conduct audits to confirm sell strategy is correctly applied in all channels.

  • Build and maintain accurate short- and long-term forecasts, including weekly forecasts, 30-60-90 day forecasts, in-month updates, and full-year outlooks.
  • Develop room revenue forecasts using macro and microeconomic variables, local demand generators, and unconstrained demand analysis to determine optimal business mix.
  • Lead the annual budgeting and pricing process; prepare the annual rooms revenue budget.
  • Lead annual STR Index goal setting; monitor RevPAR index and provide weekly and monthly performance analysis.
  • Accountable for forecast accuracy and clear communication of trends, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.

Group, Contract, and Sales Strategy Support

  • Oversee evaluation of all contracted opportunities (group, wholesale, corporate negotiated) in partnership with Sales, enabling speed of response while maximizing profitability.
  • Maintain group pickup and cutoff reporting; communicate with Sales on upcoming cutoff dates, pickup pacing, and strategy adjustments.
  • Establish and communicate sales strategy for day, week, month, and rolling 12 months, and ensure strategy changes are reflected in calendars and sales tools.

Reporting, Meetings, and Stakeholder Communication

  • Prepare and analyze market segmentation, production, source contribution, pickup, and pace reports to support decision-making.
  • Lead weekly revenue strategy and revenue management meetings; prepare required reporting for related meetings and forums.
  • Prepare monthly and or quarterly presentations for ownership and senior stakeholders.
  • Communicate brand initiatives, demand insights, and market analyses to hotel leadership and cross-functional teams.

Position Summary

The Senior Vice President of Operations is responsible for leading, developing, and overseeing the Regional Property Supervisor (RPS) team. This role provides strategic and hands-on leadership across the property portfolio by ensuring the team is aligned with company standards, financial goals, and long-term objectives.

The VP of Operations partners closely with company principals and cross-functional departments to improve day-to-day operations, drive consistency, and support scalable growth. While this role does not directly manage properties or function as a Regional Property Supervisor, it maintains strong field visibility through site visits, audits, and direct engagement to reinforce accountability and ongoing improvement.

Salary:$120K- $150K annually (quarterly bonus possibilities)

Status: Full Time, Exempt


Key Responsibilities


Leadership & Team Oversight

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Regional Property Supervisor team, providing coaching, performance feedback, and development to ensure effective oversight of assigned portfolios and on-site management teams
  • Establish clear expectations, accountability measures, and performance standards for supervisors and their teams
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure operational processes, financial controls, and people practices are aligned, well-documented, and consistently executed


Operational Strategy & Execution

  • Oversee department-wide operations to ensure alignment with company policies, operational standards, and strategic objectives
  • Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures where gaps exist to improve consistency, efficiency, and scalability across regions
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex operational issues while maintaining appropriate corporate-level oversight and decision-making
  • Conduct site visits, audits, and field reviews as needed to assess operational performance, support supervisors, and reinforce standards


Financial & Portfolio Oversight

  • Oversee and support the creation, review, and management of annual property budgets, variance analyses, and related financial reporting across the portfolio
  • Guide and support Regional Property Supervisors in budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing portfolio performance tracking
  • Partner with the accounting team to ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency in operating budgets and financial reports
  • Monitor capital projects and operational initiatives to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met


Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Develop and implement tools, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor operational effectiveness, financial health, and regional consistency
  • Drive operational consistency across regions by reinforcing best practices, compliance requirements, and accountability standards
  • Oversee onboarding of incoming properties in coordination with Regional Property Supervisors and cross-functional teams
  • Prepare and present executive-level reporting on operational KPIs, trends, risks, and Regional Property Supervisor team performance to company leadership


Qualifications

  • Extensive years of experience in property management or operations leadership, including experience managing multiple levels of supervisors or managers
  • Demonstrated success leading teams in a corporate, multi-regional setting
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills; able to translate corporate objectives into actionable team goals
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with property management systems and operational reporting tools preferred
  • Experience in creating and managing budgets and variance reports
  • Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
  • Sales license or broker’s license

Role Description

This is a paid, on-site internship role based in Malibu as a Fashion & Art Intern with Teressa Foglia and Ty Hays Fine Art.

The intern will be involved in daily operations across both the luxury headwear brand and fine art gallery. Responsibilities include assisting with sales, client experience, backend organization, inventory management, event support, merchandising, and marketing initiatives. The role will also provide exposure to gallery operations, art handling, collector communications, exhibition openings, and creative direction.

This internship offers hands-on experience at the intersection of luxury fashion, fine art, and experiential retail — ideal for someone interested in brand building, creative entrepreneurship, and the art world.

Strategic & Operational Execution

  • Partner with Product to translate operational needs into roadmap requirements; shape feature specifications, pilot new tools, define success metrics.
  • Partner with Sales, Dealer Success, and Ops to build repeatable, measurable workflows.
  • Drive alignment across functions; create clarity, surface risks early, and ensure accountability on major deliverables.


Data, Analytics & Decision Support

  • Build models that inform pricing, auction performance, vehicle sourcing, lender economics, and operational capacity.
  • Own critical dashboards and KPI definitions
  • Run deep-dive analyses to uncover root causes and translate insights into operational changes.

Process Design & Scalability

  • Architect and refine processes for Plug’s business lines 
  • Build SOPs, playbooks, and repeatable systems that simplify complex operations.
  • Evaluate and implement tools that improve speed, accuracy, and dealer experience.
