Job Title: Inventory Fulfilment Planner
Location: Buffalo, NY
Contract length: 6 to 8 months
Hybrid: WFH on Mondays & Fridays
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management or related field.
- 3+ years of logistical planning experience preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop deployment strategy based on current demand and production plans at the SKU location level.
- Plan, create, change, and complete purchase orders within SAP. Leverage Blue Yonder for creation of Stock Transfer Orders.
- Manage warehouse space by projecting downstream requirements and monitor daily the 14-day outlooks to ensure there are gridlock issues. Planner will need to response if capacity concerns appear.
- Prioritize inbounds when there are inbound / outbound capacity constraints.
- Manage potential inventory shortage reports. Take action to reduce shortages to customers.
- Communicate customer shortages to Customer Service Representatives where appropriate.
- Communicate significant inventory shortages to Supply Planners and/or Sales Channel Service Managers.
- Report on inventory health and SKUs over / under safety stock targets.
- Update weekly reason codes for cutting in dashboards.

The Account Executive (AE), Membership Sales actively sources and builds relationships with current and prospective Buffalo Sabres and Buffalo Bandits fans. AEs will be trained to identify the needs of customers and provide recommendations for ideal game and event experience at KeyBank Center. AEs will sell tickets for all events, handle customer service inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service for all patrons.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Sell new full season ticket membership, partial plans, group outings, and single game suite rentals
- Meet and/or exceed annual sales goals as provided by Ticket Operations Leadership
- Prospect and source potential clients in the Greater Buffalo Area
- Make a minimum of 70 outbound phone calls per day
- Proactively identify new leads through referrals, networking, and prospecting businesses
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all current client and prospects within CRM system
- Provide excellent customer service to prospects and current clients at all times
- Active involvement in the community to continually build sales pipeline
- Assist in Season Ticket Member (STM) retention programs
- Respond to incoming phone calls to be sure they are answered quickly and efficiently

Minimum Qualifications for the Position
- Minimum of 1-3 years of sports sales experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience with TicketMasters, Archtics, KOR CRM system(s), a plus.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Compensation
The base hourly rate for this role is $16.83. Based on a 40-hour work week this would equate to $35,000 annually. Account Executives, Membership Sales will earn 3% commission on new sales and may receive a cumulative revenue bonus upon hitting net sales targets.

Lactalis American Group, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative based in Buffalo, NY.
As a Customer Service Representative, the role will carry out responsibilities such as but not limited to planning, organizing, coordinating and executing activities related to Order Processing and Order Management for assigned Lactalis American Group Customers. This involves working with Customers and Brokers, Commercial, Product Managers, Central and Production Planners, Distribution/Logistics, Finance, government regulating agencies, as well as other internal departments and outside services.
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Develop a strong base of knowledge regarding products, services and capabilities to be used on a day-to-day basis in managing Customer orders in line with vendor order management as outlined by each individual customer requirement.
- Process and maintain both domestic and export orders to ensure compliance to overall Company regulations as well as various country specific requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional company personnel to help ensure that the company provides a superior level of customer service, and solve any problems in a timely manner.
- Support Customers, Brokers and other cross-functional departments by serving as an internal point of contact to provide requested information; facilitate the coordination between Quality Assurance, Marketing, Logistics, Central Planning, Purchasing, Pricing Administration, and other departments as required.
- Monitor order pricing and adhere to weekly and/or contracted Customer pricing.
- Customer knowledge expert using/generating/distributing reports, using business intelligence software, customer relationship management software and effective verbal and electronic communications.
- Report issues of critical concern that may affect Customer Service to the Supervisor, Manager and/or Director.
- Act as a backup to other Customer Service staff to cover vacations, personal time, etc.
- Assist Sales with market research studies and new item creations (Manila Process).
- Provide support on other projects as needed and accomplish tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.
- Meets productivity standards; completes work in timely manner.

Education
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience
- 1-2 years related experience and/or training.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word).
Certifications and specific knowledge
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and organized with strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic math skills (experience using a 10-key).
