What will you do

What will you bring
- A 2-4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-5 years of experience using Salesforce and SAP.

Procemex is looking to add to our growing team in North America. We are looking for a customer focused professional sharing our mission, visions, and attributes for future growth. Overview:
- Oversee projects from conception through installation while assuring that a quality product is delivered on time, in budget and with customer expectations being met.
- Coordinate directly with Procemex sales and customer interface regarding project status, technical and non-technical issue resolution, customer visits and installation targets.
- Monitor project stages, identify potential project issues or delays, and orchestrate their resolution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Creating awareness and demand for the company products and services

- Answering incoming sales calls
- Proactively making outbound calls to existing customer base
- Building trust and relationships with customers

- Researching manuals to find and offer solutions to customer needs
- Updating customer information and relevant company details
- Upselling accounts based on customer needs and discovered opportunities
- Qualifying customers for service opportunities
- Meet with management team to review and develop sales strategies
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Minimum of one year experience in a sales role
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient with computer programs, CRM, and typing
- Proficient with Google workspace
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with exceptional level of accuracy
- Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing dynamic environment with deadline pressures
- Demonstrated ability in dealing directly with clients
