Job Description
Merchandisers are critical to our success at FritoLay! Merchandisers are responsible for merchandising FritoLay's complete line of products including Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos & many more in stores including supermarkets and large grocery stores. Although you will start out as a Merchandiser for FritoLay, we are investing in helping you grow with us. This job can open the door to career opportunities with us or our parent company, PepsiCo. In this role, here are some of the frequent tasks you will be doing:
- Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations
- Retrieve FritoLay products and merchandise the product throughout the store
- Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives
- Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (You will have the opportunity to attain different work schedules with time!)
- Leverage a company issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity
We operate 24 hours a day, so you may not have a typical schedule, and our jobs are physical! If you have never worked in this environment, it is fun, fast-paced, and physical - you should expect that you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift. Here are the minimum qualifications of this job:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance

The Pharmacy Technician Medication Coordinator position at Genoa is an essential role that impacts the lives of an underserved population that needs a voice. This onsite position is a liaison between a partner clinic and a Genoa mental health specialty pharmacy.
Primary responsibilities include building strong relationships with the clinic partners and communicating with consumers to assist them with their medication plan, insurance and the full services of the Genoa pharmacy. A key function will be promoting Genoa services to obtain new consumers and increasing the number of consumers Genoa serves.

This clinic is located inside the doors of Cascadia Health either location: Woodland Park - 10373 NE Hancock St, Portland, OR 97220 or Plaza Health Center - 4212 SE Division St, Portland, OR 97206
The hours for this position are: Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5pm, Closed for Lunch: 12:30pm-1pm
Primary Responsibilities:
- Communicates with all consumers of the mental health center regarding the medication services Genoa provides
- Recruits and enrolls consumers utilizing enrollment forms and copy the consumer's insurance card
- Facilitates the collection of prescriptions to be faxed to the pharmacy for dispensing
- Ensures all consumer insurance information is up to date in the Pharmacy system and is properly charged for the medications dispensed
- Assists consumers in contacting the pharmacist regarding all their medication questions and ensure a prompt response to their questions
- Assists clinic staff and pharmacy with prior authorizations and Patient Assistance programs as needed
- Monitors compliance by contacting the consumer at least monthly to ensure compliance and determine refill needs as applicable
- Prescription refill management by utilizing the no refill report and contacting the appropriate prescriber to ensure timely refills are completed and dispensed to the consumer
- Medication delivery when needed and appropriate. {Only applicable in states that are allowed.}
- Checks for expiration dates (both on consumer's medications as well as house account products/standing order meds.)
- Ensures that medications are stored properly (refrigerated drugs are kept in the refrigerator, pen-tips are not stored on insulin pens, etc.)
- Checks for discrepancies (dose changes, discontinued medications, etc.)
- All areas of the job description are subject to state regulations and allowances {CMC will receive a state specific document that shares state specific regulations and allowances.}

Required Qualifications:
- Pharmacy Tech License for the state of Oregon
- 2+ years of pharmacy experience

- Access to reliable transportation and valid US driver's license with a clean driving record with valid car insurance
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification
- Sales or marketing experience
- Microsoft Suite experience (excel)

Position Summary:
Mortgage Originator originates all first mortgage, 1st lien, home equity, and HELOC applications for members and potential members, properly identifying the appropriate product based on member's needs, objectives, and circumstances.

Essential Functions:
- Take complete and accurate mortgage, 1st lien, Home Equity, and HELOC loan applications for all real estate loan requests, following applicable regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Manage individual application pipelines and assist in collecting additional processing documents as needed. Assist in managing pipelines of team members as needed.
- Assist in achieving overall departmental and individual goals by delivering real estate loans per the established service standards of delivery.
- Communicate with all parties concerning the processing loan applications including borrowers/buyers, realtors, builders, inspectors, etc.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate loans with borrowers.
Requirements
Required Skills / Abilities:
- Demonstrated dedication to positive, member-focused service.
- Must meet loan originator standards under the Truth in Lending Act.
- Ability to meet all standards under the SAFE Act and be registered as a mortgage loan originator through the NMLS
- Ability to pass FBI background check.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure member related issues are handled in a fair, consistent manner.
- Strong sales skills.
- Ability to function well in a high volume, fast paced environment.
- Ability to work through member situations and provide effective and accurate resolutions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and mortgage origination systems.
- Ability to travel.
- Ability to network with realtors if the opportunity presents itself.
- Ability to participate in member educational activities.
- Knowledge and understanding of different loan types and products.
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Three plus years of real estate lending origination experience, specifically conventional mortgage origination following Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac guidelines.
- Two plus years real estate lending origination experience, specifically in home equity and HELOC origination, with demonstrated sales experience.
- Experience in using an automated loan origination systems including automated underwriting platforms.
- Working knowledge of standard real estate products in the industry and strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines and regulations.
- Experience with government programs such as FHA/VA is a plus.
