We are looking for motivated, energetic, and reward-driven individuals. This position is in our Omaha Call Center. The focus is on taking calls from current and potential clients to assist in setting them up for seasonal service. The following skills are helpful, but not required as we will train the right personality: Customer Service, Call Center, Microsoft Products, Sales Experience, Data Entry, E-mail, Basic Computer Knowledge.

- Select items for order pickup, drive up and ship to home for digital guest orders.
- Accurately put on hold all order pickup and drive-up orders.
- Properly prepare, pack and sort guest orders for shipment using correct materials.
- Deliver quality and accuracy with each order while meeting timeliness goals.
- Maintain your workspace and supplies; keep equipment and designated areas organized and supplies in stock.
- Properly use equipment while following safety best practices.
- Follow all safety guidelines, operating procedures, product freshness and quality standards; follow food safety guidelines when handling, displaying and/or storing food items.
- Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
- Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.

Position Overview

Basic Qualifications

Work Environment
The majority of job duties are conducted indoors, although merchandise receiving, merchandise carry-outs, or stock balancing will require leaving the store briefly. Improper use of safety equipment and/or not following proper lifting techniques may pose of risk of injury to customers, pets, and Pet Care Center personnel. Fleet Operations Supervisor - Omaha, NE
Assist the Region Fleet Manager with maintenance policy and processes, shop and technician productivity, maintenance facilities, leased fleet, regulatory and policy compliance, supplier quality management, equipment technical and performance standards, and management of maintenance and asset systems to optimally utilize resources while minimizing costs.

Responsibilities:
The Fleet Operations Supervisor will support each of the region fleet manager accountabilities and will be site specific to his/her area of responsibility.
Implement an asset management strategy for the addition, replacement and disposal of assets
Plan and execute financial budgets
Ensure maintenance shops are clean/organized, adequately staffed/scheduled, and technicians are properly trained
Manage the daily shop activity focusing on labor, fleet purchases and inventories
Develop business plans to improve shop performance
Ensure safe and reliable vehicles are available to meet operational requirements
Implement cost reduction, customer and employee initiatives that drive value and support key company goals and strategic objectives
Execute corporate strategies and policies

Responsible for all fleet related DOT, OSHA and EPA regulations

As a Specialty Associate you will contribute to profitable sales growth by combining in-depth product knowledge and a passion for service to build clientele and meet sales goal.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Sales - Greets and assists customers in finding products and delivers exceptional customer service. Inform customers of key product attributes and care/protection plans to generate interest and suggests additional products to customers. Meets or exceeds sales goals and productivity standards. Partners with team members and actively listens to all customer issues. Promotes FindMore, assists with credit, reward, and gift card programs and engages customers to support the company's credit application process.
- General Operations - Participates in inventory process and all merchandise transfers, return to vendor/warehouse, defective merchandise. Maintains sales floor recovery process to ensure a clean and organized store environment. Completes pricing and signing processes in specialty businesses.
- Performance Standards - Supports company shrink and safety initiatives. Consistently meets established performance standards for the role, including (but not limited to) the company's iCAP program, products and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity and attendance.

If eligible, we offer a competitive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, term life insurance, paid vacation/holidays*, and 401(k) with Company match. All associates are eligible for an associate discount on JCPenney merchandise. For paid holidays, associates who are eligible for paid vacation (MTO) are also eligible for eight paid holidays during the calendar year.
