Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Operations Oversight
- Monitor and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment, storage, and distribution.
- Track key delivery performance indicators, analyze data to identify bottlenecks, and develop actionable improvement plans.
- Ensure all operational initiatives are implemented effectively and progress is tracked systematically.
- Process Optimization
- Lead the continuous enhancement of warehouse processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Design and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure compliance across all warehouse functions.
- Identify automation or system improvement opportunities to support operational excellence.
- Logistics and Supplier Management
- Manage day-to-day coordination with logistics partners and 3PL providers, ensuring adherence to performance standards.
- Evaluate supplier performance and develop strategies for cost efficiency and service quality improvement.
- Participate in vendor selection, bidding, and performance review processes.
- Lean Logistics Planning
- Drive lean logistics initiatives by analyzing current operations and designing optimized solutions for inbound, outbound, and inventory workflows.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to enhance throughput and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate business needs into actionable logistics strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between internal teams (e.g., procurement, sales, and finance) and warehouse operations to ensure smooth coordination.
- Support leadership in achieving cost, quality, and delivery objectives across the supply chain.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations; experience managing or building overseas warehouses in North America is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), logistics processes, and operational KPIs.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills with strong problem-solving and cross-departmental coordination abilities.
- Proven track record in cost control, budget management, and process optimization.
- Willingness to travel occasionally based on operational needs.

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible and accountable for the management, operation and training of the administration, warehouse and fleet function within Hispanic Brand operations including but are not limited to: petty cash, invoicing, credit, collections, customer payments, money orders, sales route settlement, inventory controls, fixed asset tracking, fleet and warehouse equipment maintenance, order documentation, maintenance of permits to comply with regulatory requirements, organization and rotation of product, physical inventories, cycle counts and safety. The Regional Administrator may function as administrator of the branch where they are based.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Manage the office administrator accounts receivable responsibilities, such as collections and application of all funds, including cash, checks, ACH, and money orders. Support the office administrator to ensure proper documentation is provided and approved by sales management for all promotions, credit memos, and inventory/order returns. Assists in the conversion of customers to lockbox/ACH payments.
- Manage and audit office administrator to ensure accounts receivable, route settlements, accounts payable, expense reimbursements, petty cash account, weekly bank reconciliations, fix assets, fleet, DOT, FMCSA, licenses, and permits to ensure they are up to Sigma standards.
- Manage and oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, staging, picking orders, finished goods warehouse inventory reconciliations and controls, accurate inventory entries in SAP, cleanliness of the facility, proper food safety measures, and route inventory controls. Ensure department coverage during vacations and critical business periods.
- Manage and oversee warehouse material handling equipment maintenance, rentals, replacement plans, and timely processing of invoices. Responsible for refrigerated warehouse maintenance and breakdown repairs with service providers. Responsible to maintain warehouse's temperature range of temperatures and following up with management when the threshold exceeds 40F.
- Maintain weekly or daily communication with sales team members on current A/R status, inventory discrepancies, code dates, or other process issues. Maintain frequent communication with Talent and Culture to manage employees' topics. Provide accurate reporting of accidents or injuries to management, safety, Talent, and culture.
- Manage KPI objectives, including but not limited to Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Cases per Man Hour (CPMH); provide recommendations to ensure KPIs are achieved; prepare and audit internal fixed asset disposal form (D1)
- Develop and maintain a culture with a strong focus on administrative responsibilities and controls that are independent of the Sales Department.
- Manage and supervise processes and procedures,s and escalate any issue to management that will impact financial results, the safety of the public or company employees, the law, or company policy.
- Manage internal and external audit requirements and findings to ensure action plans are developed, approved, and executed.
- Train, coach, and develop team members, including the administrative and warehouse team.
- Holds weekly meetings with direct reports and attends a weekly meeting with Director of Hispanic Brand Administration and Warehouse.
- Regional Branch administrators that do not have office administrators in the assigned CEDI will have all Office Administrator responsibilities on top of this Job Description.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Four (4) years of progressive management and supervisory experience.
- Four (4) years of experience in bookkeeping, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, route cash settlement, inventory controls, and fleet controls.
- Experience in SAP ERP modules Finance (FI) Controlling (CO) and Material Management (MM).
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Stable job history.
License/Certifications
- Valid Driver's License and MVR.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, logistics or operations.
- SAP experience in Plant Maintenance (PM) for fleet management.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, reading, writing & speaking.
Federal Motor Carrier Administration (FMCSA) & Department of Transportation (DOT)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA's):

IMPEX Technologies is seeking a high-performing, acquisition-focused Account Executive with deep familiarity in Greater Los Angeles to expand our presence and drive new business. This is a hunter role for a proactive seller who thrives on face-to-face engagement, consultative selling, and long-cycle strategic partnerships. This isn’t a role for selling boxes; it’s about leading conversations that drive modernization and long-term impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and accelerate net-new sales opportunities across enterprise accounts in Greater Los Angeles.
- Personally engage stakeholders across all aspects of the business and technical environments, from IT managers and directors to department heads and C-level executives.
- Build strategic account plans to identify and map whitespace opportunities, acquisition process and timing, organizational charts, and value drivers.
- Lead consultative sales campaigns focused on datacenter modernization outcomes, including but not limited to (AI, hybrid cloud, security, modern data center, networking, Disaster Recovery as a Service - DRaaS).
- Qualify opportunities using MEDDPICC or an equivalent deal qualification framework
- Closely partner with presales engineers, systems architects, project managers, and OEM partners. There is no silo selling here.
- Eliminate business issues with state-of-the-art data center solutions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecast with discipline, and follow through with urgency.
What We’re Looking For
- A competitive, hunter who thrives on winning new business and exceeding goals
- 5+ years in net-new acquisition sales, ideally in IT services, VAR, or infrastructure modernization
- Deep familiarity with enterprise selling in the Greater Los Angeles area.
- Proven track record of consultative selling and long-term relationship building
- Prior experience engaging business and technical stakeholders alike
- Hands-on experience in multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Dell, HPE, Nutanix, VMware, etc.)
- Understanding of modern enterprise IT (cloud, AI, cybersecurity, networking, data center)
- Strong planning, territory management, and interpersonal skills
- A hunter mentality with a team-first mindset; you win through collaboration, not in isolation
Compensation & Incentives
OTE: $240K , Base Salary - $80K - $120K + Commissions

Consult with sales, product, and marketing to help succeed as a highly valued industry sales consultant implementing key responsibilities:
- Actively promote designer brands while calling on existing customers and potential independent optical practices within a clearly defined territory
- Consult on brand and product selections, while influencing purchasing levels and visibility in their shop
- Build rapport and take it to trusted relationships with your customers
- Achieve sales and new door targets
Pay includes a base salary, plus unlimited commission.
Some overnight travel may be necessary for Trade Shows and full territory coverage.
Territory: San Fernando Valley, Santa Barbara, Burbank and West LA areas.
Optical sales experience preferred.
