This boots-on-the-ground role is focused on driving occupancy, building strong local relationships, and capturing extended stay business by proactively converting opportunities from competitors.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive New Business: Prospect, cold call, and conduct in-person sales visits to generate new business across Tulsa and Rogers.
