Position: Account Manager
Location: Full-time/office based. Vista, CA.
Salary: $65,000 + Bonus
As an Inside Account Manager at PRG Golf, you will manage customer accounts from start to finish, using our bespoke PRG System to monitor orders and ensure a seamless sales process. You will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships, managing incoming orders, and supporting the outside sales team. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or sales support, ideally in the golf or sports accessory industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with both internal teams and external clients.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and comfortable using proprietary systems like the PRG System to track orders and sales activities.
- A passion for golf and a basic understanding of golf accessories is a plus.
- Proven experience in proactive sales, including outbound calling and lead generation.

The salary range for this position is $18.73/hour - $26.80/hour. This range reflects the good faith estimate of pay the employer is willing to offer at the time of posting. Several factors can influence the pay scale, including but not limited to: Federal contract labor categories and contract wage rates, collective bargaining agreements, geographic location, business considerations, scope, and responsibilities of the position, local or other applicable market conditions, and internal equity. SUMMARY
Working with internal customers across various departments, the Production Planner is responsible for coordinating production planning and scheduling to meet customer demand and achieve target inventory and service levels.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
May include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Execute production scheduling while balancing mold strategies, customer requirements, lead time needs, and the demand forecast.
- Establish and communicate frozen schedules with Operations. Coordinate product transfer among sites.
- Be an advocate for and track schedule adherence at the plants
- Enhance planning tools to drive scheduling process efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels across plants and DCs; perform analyses to avoid out-of-stock or overstock using the ABC methodology.
- Manage scheduling and inventory continuous improvement projects.
- Review open orders in the ERP system to ensure order fulfillment.
- Reports to management regularly and provides recommendations for a better planning process and inventory control.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Shipping to meet customer requirements, including executing schedule changes in coordination with Operations and Customer Service, and working with Customer Service to improve on-time delivery.
- Plan and prioritize operations to deliver maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Schedule Make to Order items – includes establishing dates, defining minimum QTY, filling orders to meet required ship dates, and advises Customer Service team.
- Work with Customer Service, Sales, and Product Management to determine production priorities during conflicts.
- Possess knowledge of master data to include material master, MRP, BOMs, routing, and the ECN process.
- Monitor and maintain MRP planning parameters for the manufactured items.

- Proficient computer skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. MRP experience is required.
- Experience with building reports/dashboard using Excel Power query or Power BI is preferred
- Experience with SAP/JDE is preferred.

Our compensation reflects labor costs across several US markets. The pay range of $74,000 – $97,000 per year is based on relevant market data in our lowest and highest geographic markets. THE POSITION IN A NUTSHELL
Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Key Accounts Representative for our fire and life safety business. The Account Rep’s focus will be on developing new opportunities via existing clients and end-users by managing and growing the business through life safety system upgrades, system additions, renovations and retrofit projects within their assigned territory.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (and doing well!)
- Maintain relationships with existing customer base by scheduling sales calls, following up of leads and utilizing outlined marketing strategies for commercial building system products to include fire alarm, low voltage, and fire protection systems.
- Achieve order intake and gross margin goals.
- Achieve annual quota assigned and agreed upon by Sales Manager on a consistent basis after initial ramp up period.
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills and the ability to build customer relationships through consultative selling and promoting customer confidence in Sciens.
- Search for and qualify opportunities on an ongoing basis; follow up with prospects in a timely manner.
- Conduct post-installation follow-up by contacting customers, ensuring commitments are met and affirming customer satisfaction once the customer has purchased additional equipment and services.
- Perform needs assessments, develop sales proposals, estimates, specifications, and presentations. Provide accurate forecast of activity and potential sales.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of complete line of products/services and customers’ issues and needs through in-house training, networking, and research.

- Independently establish call plans and customer follow up strategies and tactics; consistently apply time and territory management techniques.

The District Sales Manager is responsible for all aspects of the store operation (average 3 stores) including, sales, payroll recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink and all related functions.
Duties also include the construction and opening, operating and closing/tear down of the assigned Spirit stores.
Applicants must be at least 21, have a flexible schedule and have 2 to 5 years experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational uptime through effective procurement of maintenance, repair, and operations supplies, R&D parts, and related services.
The ideal candidate excels in vendor management, negotiation, inventory oversight, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities MRO Purchasing & Inventory Control Manage procurement of MRO supplies, maintenance parts, R&D parts, equipment, and services.
Create and process purchase orders in the ERP system with full accuracy.
Maintain and review MRO inventory parameters including min/max levels, reorder points, lead times, and demand forecasts.
Review SharePoint requisitions and process miscellaneous purchasing needs.
Reconcile PO/invoice discrepancies and manage product returns and vendor credits.
Vendor Management & Negotiation Build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
Lead cost negotiations to achieve price, quality, and service targets.
Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and coordinate corrective actions.
Cross-Functional Support Partner closely with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and R&D teams.
Deliver fast and responsive support in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Provide backup support for raw materials and general supplies purchasing.
Continuous Improvement Identify and implement efficiency improvements in MRO procurement processes.
Drive cost savings initiatives while maintaining supply reliability and quality.
Qualifications Required: 5+ years of MRO procurement or MRO/maintenance parts purchasing experience Strong negotiation skills and vendor management experience Experience supporting Maintenance and R&D parts procurement High attention to detail and accuracy in purchasing processes Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel required) Experience with MAS 200 / Sage or comparable ERP purchasing system preferred Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field Experience in continuous improvement or cost reduction initiatives Interested in hearing more?
