This individual will serve as the primary liaison between Product Managers, Sales teams, and customers.
This person should be skilled in organizing clinical evaluations, forecasting resources, and ensuring product evaluation and conversion projects remain on schedule.

Job Description Responsibilities: Work with and support Product Managers and Sales to identify and manage new business opportunities and the overall business pipeline Manage project timelines using Gantt charts and act as key point of contact between various functional groups including Product Managers, Sales Reps, Sales Specialists, and customers.
Work with Sales Reps and Customers to coordinate resources, forecasting, samples and stocking orders for surgical glove product to support evaluations and product conversions to Medline.
Document progress and ensure project activities remain on track.
Develop and share summary reports and proposals for completed clinical evaluations of Medline surgical gloves.
Train others within the team on processes and building customized materials.
Oversee completion of delegated tasks Identify areas for improvements in division processes and tools and take lead role in development of improvements and necessary tools to improve rep/customer experience.
Represent the Division as the point of contact with the rep/customer.
Maintain internal project update reports for management.
Develop and manage special in-house Divisional projects Required Experience: Education Bachelor's degree Work Experience At least one year of project management experience or product management experience.
Position requires up to 25% travel.

- Involvement with the USA countries for sales budget & forecast, supporting on sales management and guidance to local sales activities.
- Develop and manage local marketing initiatives and sales campaigns in line with the regional marketing plan to support brand awareness and local sales.
- Capability to provide customized solutions that can fit the high demands of customers dealing with JIT (Just-In-Time) supply chains
- Quarterly customer visits, to include international visits as needed, for intensifying strategic dialogue and commitment.
General Management
- Oversee all product services provided by agents and vendors within the Global Key Account network.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both new and existing vendors; maintain governance and ensure service quality.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver seamless operational performance.
- Negotiate customer rates while ensuring profitable outcomes for the company.
- Strengthen relationship stability by expanding product offerings and building multi-level stakeholder relationships between GKAM and Röhlig USA.
- Manage all account activities and engage cross-functional teams as needed.
- Implement global standards for customer management across Platinum and Gold accounts, including implementation plans, SOPs, KPIs, and QBRs.
- Develop and deliver annual budgets for the account portfolio, including strategic analysis, competitive insights, and planning for customer events.
- Execute the global sales strategy at the regional level to achieve growth and GP targets.
- Collaborate with Account Teams and key bid contributors to build customer- and competitor-informed bid strategies, ensuring participation from all necessary stakeholders.
- Oversee bid governance, timelines, and deliverables to maximize quality and success.
- Manage virtual bid teams across multiple geographies and functions (sales, marketing, product, finance, commercial, legal).
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all proposal content and documentation.
- Contribute to written proposals in both content development and presentation.
- Facilitate centralized communication, share account knowledge, and support both pre-sale and post-sale activities.

This role does not involve digital media, branding, social media, or other similar roles within the Marketing Division.
The role will be full time (35-40 hours a week) with a rate of pay of $16.
Schedule Requirements: Full availability preferred, weekends and holidays included.
Hours of operations are between 8amEST and 1amEST so candidates could be scheduled a shift between those hours.
At a minimum, evening schedule availability required Monday
- Thursday and Friday Shift of 8am-7pm.
Schedule may adjust due to business demands.

- Marketing and Sales is an immersion program offering participants work experience in one of our Sales Centers throughout the company.
Interns will participate in the following activities: comprehensive onboarding, operational duties within their assigned department, eLearning, and virtual meetings with company leaders, job shadowing, and a direct mentorship with an onsite leader.
The College Internship Program – Marketing and Sales is designed to last April
- August depending upon the participant’s availability and the needs of the property.
The participants should expect to work a full-time schedule in this program.
All College Internships are paid at an hourly wage.

JOB SUMMARY Participants will be expected to learn and preform the job duties of the position(s) within their assigned department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Candidate should be pursuing a college degree or within 1 year post graduation.
It is preferred that the candidate is actively pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Sales or Business.

Experience Prior Hospitality or Sales experience preferred.
Past Interns who are interested in completing an additional internship will be considered first.
Previous performance rating will be taken into consideration.
Standards of Dress & Grooming All interns must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation Policy Marketing and Sales Standards of Appearance.
All interns for whom a uniform has been provided must wear the appropriate uniform.
Uniforms must be neat and clean at all times.
Alterations to uniforms are allowed only if prior approval has been obtained from a supervisor/manager.
Missing buttons should be replaced and tears or holes repaired before the uniform is worn.
Non-uniformed interns should dress with good business taste and in clothing appropriate to their jobs.

Position Summary:
Mortgage Originator originates all first mortgage, 1st lien, home equity, and HELOC applications for members and potential members, properly identifying the appropriate product based on member's needs, objectives, and circumstances.

Essential Functions:
- Take complete and accurate mortgage, 1st lien, Home Equity, and HELOC loan applications for all real estate loan requests, following applicable regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Manage individual application pipelines and assist in collecting additional processing documents as needed. Assist in managing pipelines of team members as needed.
- Assist in achieving overall departmental and individual goals by delivering real estate loans per the established service standards of delivery.
- Communicate with all parties concerning the processing loan applications including borrowers/buyers, realtors, builders, inspectors, etc.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate loans with borrowers.
Requirements

- Ability to meet all standards under the SAFE Act and be registered as a mortgage loan originator through the NMLS

Education / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Three plus years of real estate lending origination experience, specifically conventional mortgage origination following Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac guidelines.
- Two plus years real estate lending origination experience, specifically in home equity and HELOC origination, with demonstrated sales experience.
- Experience in using an automated loan origination systems including automated underwriting platforms.
- Working knowledge of standard real estate products in the industry and strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines and regulations.
- Experience with government programs such as FHA/VA is a plus.
