New Hire Starting Pay Range: 16.50 - 16.75

The Account Executive (AE), Membership Sales actively sources and builds relationships with current and prospective Buffalo Sabres and Buffalo Bandits fans. AEs will be trained to identify the needs of customers and provide recommendations for ideal game and event experience at KeyBank Center. AEs will sell tickets for all events, handle customer service inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service for all patrons.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Sell new full season ticket membership, partial plans, group outings, and single game suite rentals
• Meet and/or exceed annual sales goals as provided by Ticket Operations Leadership
• Prospect and source potential clients in the Greater Buffalo Area
• Make a minimum of 70 outbound phone calls per day
• Proactively identify new leads through referrals, networking, and prospecting businesses
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all current client and prospects within CRM system
• Provide excellent customer service to prospects and current clients at all times
• Active involvement in the community to continually build sales pipeline
• Assist in Season Ticket Member (STM) retention programs
• Respond to incoming phone calls to be sure they are answered quickly and efficiently
• Handle problems during events and solve problems to customer's satisfaction
• Maintain a functional and organized workspace
• Maintain a level of knowledge of programs and events to adequately assist customers
• Assist in bulk mailings to STMs or other ticket purchasers
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications for the Position

• Minimum of 1-3 years of sports sales experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience with TicketMasters, Archtics, KOR CRM system(s), a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation

The base hourly rate for this role is $16.83. Based on a 40-hour work week this would equate to $35,000 annually. Account Executives, Membership Sales will earn 3% commission on new sales and may receive a cumulative revenue bonus upon hitting net sales targets.

Rilla's Customer Success Team sits at the unique intersection of customers, product, and go to market. In this role, your mission will be to deeply understand our customers' most pressing challenges, collaborate closely with our sales and product teams to successful onboard and implement Rilla, and leverage data and financial analysis to achieve account growth. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving our customers' revenue growth and align their success with Rilla's growth. You will play a critical role in maintaining one of our key metrics - Net Revenue Retention - an important component of Rilla's ongoing growth and success.

You'll be responsible for:

• Facilitate a smooth and successful onboarding experience for customers, ensuring their long-term success with Rilla.
• Build relationships with our clients and develop deep empathy for their workflows and requirements. This will involve visiting clients in person.
• Measure and communicate impact through the use of product analytics and financial metrics, including ROI analyses and case studies.
• Drive customer account growth through persuasive storytelling supported by data, taking ownership of the NRR metric.
• Coordinate with our Account Managers to drive large upsell opportunities for enterprise customers.
