Business Development Representative - Sioux Falls, Omaha and the surrounding area
From a customer perspective, is accountable for on-premise selling of cold drink, fountain and vending. From a sales strategy perspective, is accountable for primarily new customers (acquisition) and minimal account maintenance on big accounts or problem areas. Focus is on new business, filling voids, and distribution availability. From a process perspective, is accountable to access and persuade throughout the selling process. May also be responsible for equipment placement that is for immediate consumption, single serve, etc.
Position Responsibilities
- Solicit and qualifies new customers for Cold Drink business.
- Develop, plan and execute profitable volume-building activities with targeted accounts.
- Implement channel specific plans.
- Review company asset placements on basis of volume and return on investment for qualifying new accounts.
- Manage account profiles and call schedules via route book system for current customers and target customers.
- Responsible for measurement systems of profitability and volume within the assigned territory.
- Manage territory within assigned Marketing and Operating Budgets.
- Develop and execute total Business Plan for assigned territory.
- Develop relationships with targeted accounts to maximize potential.
Total Rewards:
- Salary Range: $45,600 - $58,100 / year.

American National Bank is looking for a new Community Banker to service the needs of existing and prospective clients by performing duties related to opening new accounts and processing loan requests. Pay Range
USD $15.00/Hr -USD $18.75/Hr.
Stockers are to receive, price, sensor (if applicable) and inspect freight. Stockers must be proficient in all aspects of the Cavender's Boot City stocking system, and knowledgeable of all paperwork associated with each stocking function. Stockers must prioritize merchandise by order of importance (i.e., empty wrangler shelves should be restocked before empty polish racks are restocked). Stockers are also responsible for keeping the store neat and clean inside and outside.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Support stocking tasks accurately and efficiently
- Keep work area neat, clean, and organized
- Be knowledgeable of all CBC policies and procedures
- Be knowledgeable of all CBC stocking procedures:
- Return to Stock (RTS)
- Return to Vendor (RTV)
- Validating packing slips
- Tagging merchandise
- Sensor tagging merchandise (if applicable)
- Keep back-stock moving out to the sales floor to the proper locations
- Report to work promptly, neatly groomed, and appropriately dressed
- Be security conscious at all times
- Perform all other miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Work with supervisors to understand all actions needed to impact the desired goals set by the company (i.e. Web order completion rate, Company, or Vendor contests)
Qualifications and Requirements
- Job requires associate to raise or lower objects from one level to another regularly during shift
- Job requires associate, on a regular basis, to carry objects up to 50 lbs
- Job requires that the associate regularly pick up objects up to 50 lbs
- Ability to comprehend basic instructions
- Ability to interpret documents
- Ability to apply abstract principles to a wide range of complex tasks
- Ability to understand the meanings of words and effectively respond
- Associate must be able to read English.

- Associate must be able to stay alert during work hours assigned
