About the Role
Based full-time in Sunapee, NH, the Project Manager will work closely and support the General Manager in all areas of daily business with efforts focused on a range of service. Rapidly growing company with tons of room to grow within!
The project manager will oversee the project from planning stages, construction in the field to completion. Excellent communication skills are mandatory. This position requires an energetic individual who is self-motivated and has a strong work ethic but also a team player. Travel is required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Manage installation at customers site
- Technical support in the field as well as via telephone/email
- Site visits
- Customer service after sales
- Field sales
- Travel for extended periods of time
- Planning, time management, communication, leadership skills and computer use
- Sound mechanical knowledge required
- Troubleshoot all US Based SunKid equipment systems
- Assist in processing new equipment orders, installs and seasonal parts/maintenance
- Previous experience in customer support desired
- Duties may go above and beyond the scope of this job description
