This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and manage all aspects of our food and beverage operations.

Responsibilities: Lead and manage the food and beverage team to deliver high-quality service and products to our customers.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a food and beverage management role.

Proven track record of managing a high-performing team.

Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints and queries effectively.

Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Proficient in using food and beverage management software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel/Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred.

Certifications in food safety training and alcohol service are a plus.
