Position Summary This position performs a wide range of duties relating to the origination of residential mortgage loans for branch offices and outside referrals.

Position Qualifications Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams with demonstrated success coaching and motivating team members.

5 years’ experience in real estate/mortgage sales required.

NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration.

Strong entrepreneurial and business development/sales experience/skills.

Knowledge of FHA, FNMA and FHLMS underwriting guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development, and construction matters
  • Support development and financing incentives, redevelopment projects, and special purpose districts in administrative proceedings
  • Assist with loan transactions and real estate financing matters
  • Draft and negotiate real estate agreements and transaction documents
  • Manage multiple matters simultaneously from inception through closing
  • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and internal teams
  • Work independently while collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality client service


Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.)
  • 4+ years of commercial real estate experience
  • Experience with real estate leasing, acquisitions, development, purchase and sale transactions
  • Strong drafting and transaction management skills
  • Licensed and in good standing in Missouri or eligible to obtain admission
  • Prior law firm experience preferred
