The Opportunity
MML Investors Services is looking for a Suitability Principal who understands the needs of our sophisticated financial advisors and their staff. The principal is responsible for managing time-sensitive and frequently escalated cases with confidence and professionalism, consistently prioritizing the needs of our advisors and their clients. Other functions Advisory Operations and Cashiering. Furthermore, you will conduct back-office reviews of complex, high risk brokerage money movement transactions for accounts clearing through National Financial Services. In this role you will demonstrate accountability, agility, and strong business acumen along with courage, even in the most difficult situations. The Team
As the Broker-Dealer (BD) and Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) arm of MassMutual’s Wealth Management organization, we have grown significantly over recent years. This will remain among our top strategic pillars. To best align and support this growth, we have segmented the service and operations facets to exclusively support our top-tier advisors. Branded Society 1851 Wealth Management, our strategy includes growing and retaining our experienced advisor population through MassMutual agencies across the country. We aim to support our advisors with white glove, comprehensive service to help them expand and scale their practices. The Impact
The In Force team will deliver education and drive readiness in an ever-changing, fast paced environment. You must ensure the team is well positioned to support the day-to-day execution of often complex securities transactions and delivering strong individual production results. Additionally, you will provide exceptional service to advisors and their staff while also contributing to strategic ‘Making it Easier’ initiatives. The Minimum Qualifications
FINRA Series 7 & 24 required at time of application
3+ years MMLIS experience and / or 4+ years' experience with Brokerage/ Money Movement transactions
High School Diploma/GED/HiSET
Principals working 100% remotely may be subject to on-site inspection by MML and/or regulators
Candidates residing within 50 miles of MassMutual office will be expected to work a Hybrid schedule of 3 days a week in the Springfield office

What You'll Do: The Senior P&C Sales Consultant is responsible for developing and executing P&C sales initiatives, providing delivery of sales support to the agency force and proactively driving initiatives that result in new account growth and improved client retention.
In addition, the Senior P&C Sales Consultant will be involved in the Agent E&O claims process.
Daily Responsibilities include: Proactively promote net account growth by planning and executing assigned initiatives and innovative promotional efforts in alignment with corporate distribution strategy.
Assist multi-line exclusive agents in determining the most effective way to protect the futures and livelihoods of FBFS client/members and prospective client/members by providing phone and electronic mail sales support regarding questions about property and casualty insurance products and services.
Provide assistance and support with P&C quote accuracy and quote optimization to agents and their staff.
Review training materials, create informational and enlightening content and present to agents and/or company staff as needed.
Assist the agency force in utilizing brokerage products and programs to help drive sales if the products or services are not offered through Farm Bureau Property & Casualty Insurance Company or Western Agricultural Insurance Company.
What It Takes To Join Our Team: The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills: College degree or equivalent plus three years of relevant experience required.
Property/Casualty Consultant or similar credible sales experience preferred.
Results driven with a strong motivation to succeed Strong P&C industry and product knowledge with a desire to keep abreast of changing product trends in the personal and commercial lines industry.
Must have or attain in-depth knowledge of Farm Bureau's Member's Choice and Commercial products and various rating system software packages.
The ability to make data-driven decisions, with a capacity for collecting, organizing and analyzing data.

Valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Records required due to travel (limited) requirements.

The Impact
As a Risk Management Consultant your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
Perform trade surveillance and monitoring activities while appropriately documenting and proactively identifying potential risks and/or violations of policies or regulations specifically within the firm’s trade review systems.
Collaborate with trending department, field management, and business partners as needed to assist with development of corrective action plans designed to eliminate or reduce potential risks.
Regularly monitor and communicate surveillance or sales practice trends to relevant business partners and senior management.

· Performs general and cardiac nursing care to patients. Administers prescribed medications and treatment in accordance with nursing standards.
· Performs in-person interrogation and any needed reprogramming on all cardiac implantable electronic device (CIED) models of pacemakers, ICDs and Implantable Loop Recorders (ILRs) and documents according to IHC protocols.
· Provides assistance to Electrophysiology (EP) provider in office, and facilitates office schedule.
· Provides guidance on peri-procedural, peri-surgical and MRI device management
· Provides patient and family education and documents in medical records.
· Reads and researches patient records, charts and Practice Manager System for other pertinent information. May dictate history and physical, consults and other professional related letters.
· Reviews and reports pertinent test(s) results, outside examination results and patient symptoms; scrutinize for needed follow-up; communicates to provider.
· Reviews CIED remote transmissions and completes documentation according to IHC protocol.
· Triages phone calls and significant device evaluation findings, gives carries out verbal and written orders according to standing orders or established protocols.
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:
· All other duties as assigned.
· Attends required meetings and participates on committees as required
· Clinical resource for the Heart Rhythm Center’s Arrhythmia services Technicians.
· Monitors and maintains supplies on crash cart.
· Participates in professional development.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
· Three years of RN nursing experience required. Two years of critical care experience preferred or clinical cardiac equivalent experience required.
· Current licensure as R.N., state of Iowa or compact state.
· Valid Iowa Driver’s/Chauffeurs License required, must meet Mercy’s Motor Vehicle Safety Standards, must be at least 18 years of age and be eligible to drive per Iowa state law.
· Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to population served within three (3) months of hire.
· Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider certified or obtained by the end of the orientation period (approximately six (6) weeks). Acceptable credentialing bodies and certifications include American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers.
· ACLS within 6 months of hire
· Level I Cardiac Arrhythmia class completion within 6 months
· Level II 12 Lead EKG class completion within 1 year
· Level III Advanced 12 Lead EKG class within 18 months
· International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners (IBHRE) Cardiac Device Remote Monitor Specialist (CDRMS) certification examination following 1 year following device training, prior to the end of the 3rd year of performing CIED in-office evaluations
· IBHRE Certified Cardiac Device Specialist (CCDS) certification encouraged following 3 years of CIED follow-up and successful completion of the CDRMS examination with a passing score
