Responsibilities
A Teller is responsible to create and deliver a positive customer experience while conducting financial transactions. This position requires an individual with a positive attitude, who is a team player, and who is able to actively listen for customer financial needs in order to refer them to the appropriate bank product or bank representative. As a Director Design, Development, and Sourcing Fish & Hunt Hard Goods & Gear, you play a pivotal role in leading the design and development of our most innovative and technologically advanced fly fishing and hunting hard goods — work grounded by deep, first-hand angling experience, field knowledge, and real-world testing, not just concept or CAD. You are responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, focusing on innovation, quality, and market trends within the fishing tackle and hunting industry. This role combines technical expertise in materials and engineering with creative direction and team management. You will be a key leader on the Product Team, comprised of 2 direct reports as well as the lead designer of all reels, waders, and wading boots. You will partner with our Product Leadership Team to create clear roles and responsibilities, define our new processes, and identify opportunities for simplification and efficiency. Position Interfaces:

- Lead a culture of partnership, communication, and collaboration across the organization
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a strategic plan for new product design and development that aligns to deliver the Assortment Strategy, thus ensuring alignment with market and customer needs as well as company and financials goals, specifically target retail, AUC and IMU across all Fish/Hunt Hard Goods products.
- Design Inspiration – Lead the Hardgoods / Innovation Design Kickoff, the Design “blank canvas” to push the Orvis brand forward and ensure that we are leaders in innovation.
- Design Partnership – Partner and collaborate with Soft Goods Designer on seasonal
- Design Kick Off, DDR and Line Adoption Meetings to ensure a One Orvis Design POV
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee all phases of product design and development for Fish & Hunt Hard Goods, from initial concepting and prototyping to field testing and manufacturing to on time product launch. - Serve as the primary local contact/leader for customer, vendor and Union matters related to quality, customer service, delivery, or safety. Work with HR and Union leadership to support our Union and adjust labor capacity to meet customer demand.
- Work with corporate leadership to develop and deploy annual objectives (including the budget) and provide the team with needed support and resources. Develop an annual CAPEX budget for Operations and work with finance to manage to the budget.
- Work closely with engineering to ensure engineering designs that are easy to manufacture and reduce manufacturing labor and materials.
- Ensure employee compliance to company policies and procedures and maintain facility security.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Master Production Scheduler is a senior analytical planning role at Hazelett, responsible for engineering a master schedule that maximizes both operational throughput and revenue predictability. This position plays a critical role in aligning customer demand, manufacturing capacity, material availability, and resource constraints to ensure on-time delivery, efficient production flow, and adherence to quality standards.
The Master Production Scheduler serves as a key liaison between Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Sales, providing leadership and direction to production planning activities, revenue predictability, and driving schedule stability across the organization.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Develop, own, and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS), translating customer demand, forecasts, and backlog into executable production plans.
- Balance demand, capacity, labor, and material constraints to ensure feasible and optimized production schedules.
- Lead short-term and long-term production planning activities, including scenario planning and schedule risk mitigation.
- Analyze material availability, lead times, and inventory levels to support schedule integrity and on-time customer delivery.
