The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
This position will work up to 38 hours per week.

Key responsibilities for this role include organizing the clients participation in exhibitions and other events by collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
You will handle logistics including stand construction, contractor coordination, equipment shipping, and on-site setups.
The position also involves coordinating training events from conception to completion, providing on-site support and hospitality as needed.
Additionally, you will manage requests for marketing materials from sales teams and distributors, help with email communications and newsletters, and support database maintenance.

Candidates should have experience in administrative, office coordination, or marketing support roles, with some background in arranging events, exhibitions, or training sessions, ideally in a B2B setting.
