The Church's Restaurant General Manager is passionate about providing our guests a high quality, value oriented dining experience with friendly, quick, accurate service in a clean and safe environment. The RGM is responsible and accountable for all of the business activities in one restaurant location, specifically to:

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Creates an in store service environment that exceeds guest expectations with regards to friendly, quick, and accurate service. Builds team understanding and commitment to guest service standards.
- Communicates and follows-up with guests to obtain feedback and identify service and food quality improvement opportunities.
- Assists and resolves all guest complaints in-person or by phone. Apply the \"listen, apologize, satisfy and thank\" model to all guest complaints.
- Ensures all incoming calls are handled in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
- Directs and conducts regular training with team members.
- Provides regular feedback to all team members and identifies areas for improvement.
- Works with direct reports to cross-train and assist in the development of new skills.

Position Requirements (Education, Qualifications, Experience):
- High school diploma or GED required. Must have (1) years of supervisory experience working in the restaurant industry.

As a Business Development Manager, you are the team lead responsible for training, coaching, motivating Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to hit their sales quotas and KPIs. This is a hybrid role based out of our Atlanta or Chicago office.
Starting base pay for this role is between $110,000 and $128,000. The primary purpose of the Assistant Store Manager is to assist the store manager in upholding the daily store operations of a retail store ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandising execution, managing expenses and inventory, training and development of the store team, human resources management, and outstanding customer service.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall quality and performance of the retail store staff.
- Ensures compliance of all company policies and procedures.
- Models effective leadership to gain commitment to store goals and training standards.
- Assist with the recruitment, selection and training and development of store personnel.
- Assist, and provide feedback to Store Manager on annual performance evaluations for all store employees.
- Assist with expense management and develops strategies that position stores to perform in accordance with the budget.
- Assist Store Manager with monitoring and identifying issues relevant to the loss or inconsistencies in the Store to ensure store achieves successful goals of shrink that are at or below company plan.
- Monitors and controls all aspects of operational compliance, safety and business standards.
- Supports the training of all employees in suggested selling and merchandising techniques.
- Ensures company customer service standards are upheld so that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment.
- Assists in the completion of accurate and regular merchandise inventory counts.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.
- A standard work week not to exceed 40 hours.
- Flexible schedule required which includes but not limited to the following: days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications:
- Requires a minimum of one (1) year in retail management.
- Work requires a solid knowledge of business and an excellent command of the English language to effectively communicate with management, associates and customers.
- Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
- Must demonstrate an ability to think strategically, plan and organize effectively.
- Must be able to maintain an exemplary degree of professionalism in all situations.
- Requires a proficient analytical ability to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work.
- Results driven with demonstrated critical and creative thinking skills. Project management, time management, analytical and superior organizational skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality, and independent judgment with the ability to use compassion and diplomacy.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft office products is required.
- Willing to work in multiple stores in the assigned district.
Physical requirements:
- Individuals must be able to stand for extended periods of time; lift, carry, push/pull up to 50 lbs.
- Able to work extended hours during critical project phases; and able to work in a fast pace, dynamic environment with flexibility.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be willing to travel via car, plane or train.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
OR
2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
Core Work Activities
Assisting the Operational and Financial Management of the Property
Verifies that all brand standards are being maintained in each area of the property.
Verifies that all team members meet or exceed all brand requirements.
Manages the operation of the all property departments.
Promotes both Guarantee of Fair Treatment and Open Door policies.
Verifies that a viable key control program is in place.
Maintains current licenses and permits as prescribed by local, state and federal agencies.
Provides a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA/MSDS.
Manages all finance and accounting functions, including, but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, payroll and ordering procedures, end of period, banking procedures and PAF's.
Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
Complies with all corporate accounting procedures.
Performs required annual Quality audit with GM and RD.
Supporting the Management and Development of Departmental Teams
Stays readily available/approachable for all employees.
Extends professionalism and courtesy to employees at all times.
Leads by example demonstrating self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
Assists/teaches team managers scheduling (using Scheduling Tool) against guest and hours/occupied room goals. Makes sure that staffing levels are appropriate to exceed guest expectations.

Assists team supervisors with constructive coaching and counseling.
Solicits feedback for continuous improvement.
Managing the Guest Experience
Extends professionalism and courtesy to guests at all times.
Motivates and encourages staff to solve guest and employee related concerns.
Provides excellent customer service by being readily available/approachable for all guests.
Takes proactive approaches when dealing with guest concerns.
Assists employees in understanding guests ever-changing needs and expectations, and how to exceed them.
Conducting Human Resource Activities
Verifies that orientations for new team members are thorough and completed in a timely fashion.
Takes proactive approaches when dealing with employee concerns.
Verifies that property hiring practices comply with I-9, and EEO requirements and strives for a culturally diverse work place.
Performs other duties as assigned and needed.
The salary range for this position is $58,000 to $78,000 annually. Your main responsibilities
As an Existing Installation (EI) Sales Account Manager at Schindler, you will cultivate relationships with customer to drive sales for elevator and escalator services, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, as well as identify and pursue sales opportunities, manage existing and new customer accounts, and retain customers. You will act as a liaison between the customer and Schindler to build strong, long-term relationships and leveraging industry knowledge to achieve sales targets.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION
- Customer Account Management: Build and manage favorable client relationships within a designated sales territory to secure and renew service agreements. Handle customer inquiries and ensure satisfactory resolution with a focus on revenue generation.
