The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Driver. The Driver delivers vehicles and in some instances, customers, employees or vendors safely and timely to the appropriate destination(s) while giving helpful, courteous and professional customer service.
This pay for this position starts at $11/hour and is located at 3600 Terminal Dr. Vandalia, OH 45377.

- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00am-5:00pm

The Driver is responsible for the transporting of fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations, as well as navigating written directions.
- Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed, following all rules of the road
- Deliver customers and vehicles to appropriate destination in a safe and courteous manner
- Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up multiple vehicles
- Organize travel route and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely
- May need to communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone
- May be asked to clean vehicles
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Position Overview
Millcraft is currently looking for a driven, self-starting, and motivated Account Manager to join our Dayton, OH team. We are seeking an Account Manager with proven sales and customer relationship experience, open to actively engaging with prospects, generating leads and fostering relationships. Reporting to the Division Manager, the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience driving sales through direct outreach and relationship-building with potential clients. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying their business needs, and offering tailored product and service solutions. From office products like paper and envelopes to specialized packaging supplies and cutting-edge equipment, we serve a broad range of industries. Our Account Managers lead customer engagements, uncovering opportunities and collaborating with internal specialists to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering bespoke solutions
- Drive profitable growth by presenting and promoting our products and services
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal resources, ensuring seamless communication and resource allocation
- Provide expert guidance to Customer Services Representatives, ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer specifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred, relevant experience will also be considered.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management.
- Experience in the paper, packaging, large format printing or sign and banner industry is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and CRM is required; experience with Teams and Power BI is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within 1.5 hours from Dayton is required to visit customers and prospects.

About the Role
As a Legal Tech Consultant in our Small Law market, you will become an expert on the use of LexisNexis products and the value they provide legal professionals. The Legal Training Consultant is responsible for providing education and support, building preference, and driving usage of our solutions. Responsibilities
- Providing consultative services to legal customers and prospects through proactive outreach to ensure maximized use and understanding of LexisNexis products
- Communicating credibly with customers to understand their challenges and provide guidance, education and consultation to help improvement
- Reaching out to customers via phone and email to uncover training and product needs
- Delivering specialized customer presentations and trainings, communicating our value propositions, and highlighting competitor differentiators to retain and drive revenue
- Collaborating with internal partners to drive preference and develop strategic account plans
- Partnering with sales to provide product demonstrations for prospective and current customers to grow revenue for the business
- Identifying and sharing upsell leads and opportunities with sales partners
Requirements
- Have a Juris Doctor degree, or comparable experience in a paralegal, legal secretary or law librarian role
- Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess comfortability with delivering presentations and trainings in a virtual environment
- Demonstrate excellent proven sales and/or training experience
- Have legal research experience or expertise using LexisNexis tools
- Be able to effectively partner and collaborate across teams with different functions

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fulfill customers' prescription needs while concentrating on the accuracy of every prescription filled- Administer vaccines as needed- Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care to customers- Ensure pharmacies comply with all local, state and federal laws (including HIPAA)- Maintain a professional image through personal appearance, conduct and attitude and the physical condition of the pharmacy; adhere to pharmacy standards and enforce company dress standards- Achieve a thorough knowledge of the trade area, its customers and its competition- Create a positive pharmacy department image through strong service, friendliness and cooperativeness with customers, associates and outside vendors- Monitor stock replenishment, inventory levels, policies/procedures, record keeping, security, sanitation, scheduling, proper operation of all equipment, pricing, planograms, returns, budgets, reports to management, and product recalls per company policy- Maintain proper records, inventory and security on all scheduled drugs (i.e., controlled substances-narcotics)- Follow procedures for handling pharmacy products from authorized sources- Ensure all accuracy tools, including the accuracy scanner and 24-hour post dispensing audit report, are utilized appropriately- Establish/maintain all record keeping practices necessary for legal compliance, company policies, accounting policies and other requested reports- Maintain a clean, neat work area, including work counters, shelves, floors and the customer counter to present a professional, sanitary, organized image to customers- Ensure all product returns are handled in a timely fashion and per company policy- Maintain all equipment (e.g., computers, printers, accuracy scanners and cash registers) to ensure it remains in working condition- Maintain and organize all policy manuals, reference books, state laws and required equipment and verify that all staff is knowledgeable of their use- Maintain proper signage (e.g., store hours, counseling sign, services signs, pharmacists' photographs and names, and all other signs requested) in all areas necessary- Make a strong and continuous effort to broaden personal knowledge and pharmacy skills- Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
