Sales Manager Responsibilities
  • Driving membership sales through high-volume outbound phone calls on inbound leads

  • Responsible for overseeing the sales process and systems.
  • Works closely with the KidStrong Director to ensure that the staff and Center are looked after.

  • Ensures that all front desk systems are followed such as proper Member Check-In, telephone inquiries (general and sales related), guest registration, cash handling, delinquent account procedures, customer care calls, and change requests.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior experience in outbound phone sales is strongly preferred (300+ calls/week is a typical outbound phone sales effort)

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field.
  • Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including at least evenings per week (the last class ends at 7 pm) and weekends (at least 1 weekend morning).

SUMMARY: The Area Director is responsible for maximizing the sales revenue and profits for multiple existing client locations within the MD/PA/NJ area. QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business).
  • MBA or another advanced degree from a top-tier educational institution (preferred)


Experience

  • 8+ years in product management or analytics leadership roles, with proven experience delivering AI/ML-drivenproducts atscale.
  • Prior experience in a corporate setting or leading a professional services company in an analytical or strategic role, such as Strategy, Finance, or Insights.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple product teams and driving enterprise-wide adoption of analytics solutions.
  • 3+ years with Google Cloud

  • Strong problem-solving skills to take ambiguous challenges and develop structured frameworks for defining, analyzing, and solving them.
  • Experience shaping enterprise strategies and working with senior leadership to drive alignment and investment.
