The Commercial IA Support Agent:

About the Role
As the General Manager, you will ensure the financial success and operational excellence of the store. - Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient operations by meeting production quotas and maintaining high standards of customer service. - Leadership & People Development: Develop and train the Production Manager and Retail Manager through effective delegation and active involvement in their development. - Flexible Workforce Management: Create dynamic scheduling that aligns with business needs, ensuring coverage during peak times and reducing labor costs during slower periods.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.

SUMMARY: The Area Director is responsible for maximizing the sales revenue and profits for multiple existing client locations within the MD/PA/NJ area.
