Base salary $65k+ + generous bonus, 4 weeks of PTO year one, Platinum Medical/Dental/Vision/401K Growth opportunities as the company continues to grow Comprehensive benefits package including health coverage and generous paid time off Flexible work arrangements with remote options and travel opportunities Stable industry and company Job Details Responsibilities: Proactively source and qualify new business opportunities through outbound cold calling, email, and other prospecting channels Consistently meet and exceed activity and performance KPIs, including call volume, meetings set, and qualified opportunities Engage prospects in consultative conversations to identify potential eligibility for tax incentive programs Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and pipeline activity within the CRM Collaborate closely with senior sales and consulting teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads Follow defined outreach cadences and sales processes to drive consistent pipeline generation Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required 1+ year experience in a sales, business development, or outbound prospecting role Proven track record of exceeding sales KPIs in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment Hands-on experience with CRM systems and strong attention to detail in pipeline management Interested in hearing more?
