· Ensure adverse events are reported, documented and necessary follow up is provided in compliance with policy and state requirements

· Ensure effective communication with patients, dialysis clinics, hospitals and physician(s), to address any concerns/ issues

This role is responsible for managing daily marketplace operations across Amazon Seller Central and eBay , including customer support, advertising campaigns, order management, and inventory coordination.
This is a hands-on operational role where you will initially manage the process yourself and eventually build and lead a team as the business scales .

Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day operations within Amazon Seller Central and eBay marketplaces .
