The Key Account Manager drives growth within the Balloons & Candy Gifts categories by managing key customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and supporting client success through training and on-site assistance. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers to maintain business and account growth.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and through new B2B customer acquisition.
- Manage communications between key clients and internal teams.
- Resolve key client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze customer sales data to provide continued sales growth.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using a consultative sales approach.
- Follow through on catalog program presentation schedule making sure all deadlines are met and executed properly.
- Work with the Sales & Marketing Director to develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Work with the Key Account Coordinator to execute data management for customers.
- Understand balloon artistry and train customers.
- Travel to customer locations to train, educate, and assist in store sets.
- Understand seasonal demand, event trends, and client needs to recommend appropriate products and quantities.
- Attend trade shows, client meetings, and industry events as required
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field or applicable experience in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of four years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field; balloon industry experience is preferred.
- This position may be performed remotely for candidates with prior balloon/industry experience. Candidates without direct industry experience must be based in or willing to relocate to the Chesterfield / St. Louis, Missouri area.
- Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively while still meeting deadlines.

The gross base annual salary is $72,000 plus an excellent commission plan and benefits package.
The Service Technician will run electrical and mechanical diagnostics and deliver required repairs. They are responsible for performing comprehensive quality inspections and preventative maintenance services on overhead cranes and hoists. They will spend the majority of their time on clients' sites providing service and, as such, are expected to serve as frontline representatives of the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Troubleshoot and repair overhead cranes, crane controls, hoists, and drives.
Inspect overhead industrial cranes and hoists.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities on equipment.
Proper use of a man lift during service. Must be comfortable working at heights.
Evaluate and communicate with customers recommendations requiring repairs.
Communicate with management and sales about any additional needs the customer may have.
Maintains time tracking per job and reports any product concerns or inconsistencies.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
CORE SKILLS:
Ability to read and understand work instructions, manuals, and schematics.
Ability to read and execute fabrication drawings.

Overhead crane experience not required, but familiarity and exposure to working on cranes and hoists are a plus.
Welding aptitude would be a benefit.
Ability to work overtime.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds at a time.

Job Description
Provide direct and general supervision to culinary team in assigned shift to ensure quality food preparation and guest satisfaction while supporting the company’s vision, mission, and values. The Sous Chef must have the ability to effectively interact and communicate with guests and team members. - Monitor and advise on storage of food items to ensure quality of food and compliance with health requirements.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and working conditions are well-maintained; responsible for HotSos entries.
- Assistant Restaurant Chef with writing and cost-control of recipes, as well as developing a collection of recipes in a recipe book.
- Oversight of monitoring staff adherence to health department regulations regarding food handling, storage, temperature, and cleanliness of work; control cleanliness and maintenance of assigned area; review any health department issues with Management team and Restaurant Chef to correct any problems.
- Assist Restaurant Chef in developing and implementing policies, procedures and rules including operations manuals, to promote compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Responsible for scheduling of Lead Cooks, Cooks, and Assistant Cooks.
- Collaborate with Assistant General Manager, General Manager, and Restaurant Chef to ensure communication between the front and back of house is seamless while taking ownership of all assigned areas.
- Responsible for multiple guest service aspects, including but not limited to table touches, nightly special postings, menu changes, and Front-of-House/Back-of-House communication.
- Assist Restaurant Chef with Server and Culinary pre-shifts to ensure communication of specials and dishes are excellently presented to our guests.
- Ensure team member engagement is maintained at a high level.
- Lead all aspects of team member relations including, but not limited to, hiring, coaching, recognizing, and evaluating team members and leaders.

Medical/Dental/Vision 401k matching PTO and Holidays Training Reimbursement FSA Life Insurance Service and Recognition Awards Job Details Key Responsibilities Support general ledger activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close Assist with project and customer setup, billing, and maintenance of related records Work with project managers to review billings, change orders, and project financials Help monitor project progress and identify billing opportunities or cost variances Maintain documentation such as contracts, lien waivers, and other project-related paperwork Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and variance analysis Assist with work-in-progress (% complete) accounting and project close-outs as needed Support preparation of monthly and year-end financial statements Assist with year-end audits and respond to audit requests Support sales and use tax reporting and remittance Participate in ERP system maintenance, data integrity efforts, and ongoing system training Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls Perform additional accounting and administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required 1–5 years of accounting experience preferred Exposure to project accounting, job costing, or WIP accounting is a plus, but not required Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with ERP systems preferred (Vista, NetSuite, Sage, Procore, or similar) Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities Interested in hearing more?
