Senior Demand Planner - $100,000 to $130,000 plus 15% bonus

Hybrid Work Schedule (3 days IN OFFICE / 2 days REMOTE)

Excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing company in the eastern suburbs of Lancaster County as a Senior Demand Planner. This company has been a client of our firm for over 20 years and offers tremendous stability and a track record of career growth.

The Senior Demand Planner is a multi-faced role with exposure across all aspects of our client's business including Operations, Sales, Marketing and Finance. The Senior Demand Planner will create and maintain a rolling forecast model for customers utilizing information gathered from sales, sales operations, marketing while also leveraging shipping and consumption data.

Core responsibilities include-

• Rolling Forecast Generation
• Data Analysis & Sales Analysis
• Evaluate sales and marketing promotional activities
• Drive improvements in Forecast Accuracy (FA) and reduce Forecast Bias to optimize inventory levels and service levels.
