We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Marketing to lead our marketing organization and drive the next phase of our company’s growth. This individual will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing marketing team, designing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling companies, accelerating brand growth, and delivering measurable business impact.
Responsibilities and Tasks include, but are not limited to:
Leadership & Team Development
- Build, mentor, and manage a talented marketing team across digital, brand, creative, and communications disciplines.
- Establish clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive accountability and results. React to and solve problems quickly.
- Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and data-driven culture within the marketing department to achieve marketing objectives.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives and enhance brand awareness.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to expand brand reach and increase revenue.
- Lead the development of annual marketing plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business goals.
Brand Management & Consistency
- Ensure a strong and unified brand voice across all marketing channels, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.
- Oversee content strategy, creative direction, and messaging to maintain brand integrity and resonance.
- Analyse market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage all external communications, PR, and brand partnerships.
Growth & Performance Marketing
- Drive demand generation and lead acquisition initiatives to fuel company growth.
- Partner with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer insights.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns for products and services.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.
- Use analytics and performance data to optimize marketing spend and campaign effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with executive leadership to define and communicate the company’s vision, mission, and value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure marketing initiatives support operational goals and customer experience.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience
· 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Education and Experience:
- Associate’s degree
- Minimum one to two years of Operations experience

- Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home

ADA Statement: While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Work space is restricted and employees are expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee and execute core accounting functions, ensure accuracy in financial records, and support process improvements across multiple entities globally. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with accounting operations, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting, and will be comfortable working with foreign entities, foreign currency conversions, and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Order-to-Cash & Accounts Receivable:
- Oversee end-to-end order-to-cash processes from Shopify orders to cash receipts in the bank.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis on sales returns, refunds, discounts, and credit card transactions to support decision-making.
- Reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR) on a monthly basis, ensuring accurate and timely collection reporting.
- Reconcile Shopify orders to revenue recorded in the financial statements, ensuring proper recognition and accounting compliance.
- Identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and escalate unresolved issues for timely resolution.
Accounting Reconciliations:
- Perform initial review of account reconciliations, ensuring all balances are accurate, complete, and supported by appropriate documentation.
- Maintain and update the monthly Reconciliation Master File, tracking the status of all reconciliations for timely month-end close.
- Identify and analyze reconciling items, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with the team to resolve issues promptly.
Journal Entries & Month-End Close:
- Conduct preliminary review of non-critical journal entries (JEs) and escalate exceptions.
- Assist the team in correcting errors and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Support month-end close procedures, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Financial Reporting & Audit:
- Prepare internal reporting packages, including add-back schedules and detailed financial results files.
- Perform reconciliations between statutory books and Sage, applying foreign exchange (FX) logic as needed.
- Support global financial statement preparation, including functional-to-USD conversions, consolidation adjustments, and intercompany eliminations.
- Collaborate with external auditors during statutory and global audits, providing schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation in a timely manner.
Banking & Payment Transition:
- Assist with bank transition activities, including new bank account setups, reconciliations, and system configurations.
- Facilitate partner payments on new mobile platforms and financial tools.
Process Improvements & Documentation:
- Implement accounting processes and controls based on Controller/CFO guidance.
- Build and execute standardized procedures, documenting workflow and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to optimize operational efficiency and internal controls.
Data Management & Analysis:
- Clean, organize, and maintain accounting and financial data.
- Support creation of templates, macros, and automated reporting tools in Power BI.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
- Minimum 4 years accounting experience.
- Proven experience managing accounting month-end close processes for multiple foreign entities in an ERP system.
- Strong expertise in multi-entity accounting, statutory and GAAP reporting, functional-to-USD currency conversion, and foreign exchange (FX) accounting.
- Hands-on experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, revenue recognition, intercompany reconciliations, accruals, and prepaids.
- Experience with financial reporting, P&L variance analysis, and data management, including use of Power BI or similar data analysis tools to generate financial reports.
- Hands-on experience with process improvement, SOP documentation, and internal controls.
- Experience in bank transitions, cash management, partner/vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.
Preferred Competencies:
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

We are seeking an experienced, strategic Social Media Manager to manage and execute the North America multi-channel social media presence while partnering closely with the Sr.Director, Global Social Media to ensure consistency, performance, and innovation across channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Map out and execute the North America social media strategy in alignment with global social vision, standards, and priorities.
- Drive audience growth, engagement and performance across all priority social platforms, with a strong emphasis on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and short-form video.
- Partner closely with the Sr. Director, Global Social Media to translate global content and influencer strategy into market-relevant execution.
