This role is critical to ensure jobs are executed efficiently, documented properly, and communicated clearly between homeowners, sales staff, crews, and internal teams.
The ideal candidate has in-depth shingle and metal roofing knowledge, is organized, professional, problem solving, outspoken, and comfortable managing active job sites while serving as the primary on-site point of contact.
- Oversee roofing projects on-site to ensure work is completed according to scope, quality standards, and timelines.
- Forward plan based on the week's build schedule you receive with the information and documentation provided by company sales reps.
- Communicate specific project details, updates, and issues with sales representatives and internal staff.
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for homeowners, addressing questions and concerns professionally.
- Photo document build progress and capture required documentation using company-provided software.
- Ensure crews have the information needed to complete work correctly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and timely project documentation.
- Check supply drops and ensure deliveries match orders.
- Pickup/ return miscellaneous material to local distributors.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 1 year of roofing project management experience
