POSITION TITLE: Dairy Manager

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing the dairy department, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer service. This includes overseeing inventory management, merchandising, and daily staff operations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:
1) Verify all deliveries against invoices and note any shortages or overages and report them to the appropriate personnel.
2) Responsible for price changes within the department.
3) Maintain an acceptable inventory level by using proper ordering techniques.
4) Plan and implement product displays, promotions, and layout designs to increase sales and improve customer experience, as directed by the Store Director.
5) Properly rotate products to control freshness and remove out-of-code items from the inventory system.
6) Maintenance of temporary price reduction of certain products.
7) Communicate temperature failure of cases, shelves, and storage areas to manager in charge.
8) Control damaged merchandise by calling in any damages and properly storing damages for sales representatives.
9) Maintain good customer relations.
10) Supervise and train dairy department staff.
11) Greet all customers to our store and be observant while working.
12) Abide by all company policies as stated in the Employee Handbook.
SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTION:
1) Transport products to storage areas, and to sales floor.
2) Maintain shelves and cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
1) Ability to read and write to properly tag merchandise, ordering, and maintaining inventory levels.

Your Role: As a Customer Service Associate II, you'll be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of your assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers. Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required. Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation. Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required. Strong organizational and communication skills are required. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required. High level of integrity is required. Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Job Summary: The Account Executive (AE) is the primary revenue generator for our business growth. Mortgage Originator originates all first mortgage, 1st lien, home equity, and HELOC applications for members and potential members, properly identifying the appropriate product based on member's needs, objectives, and circumstances.

- Take complete and accurate mortgage, 1st lien, Home Equity, and HELOC loan applications for all real estate loan requests, following applicable regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Manage individual application pipelines and assist in collecting additional processing documents as needed. Assist in managing pipelines of team members as needed.
- Assist in achieving overall departmental and individual goals by delivering real estate loans per the established service standards of delivery.
- Communicate with all parties concerning the processing loan applications including borrowers/buyers, realtors, builders, inspectors, etc.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate loans with borrowers.

- Experience in using an automated loan origination systems including automated underwriting platforms.
- Working knowledge of standard real estate products in the industry and strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines and regulations.
- Experience with government programs such as FHA/VA is a plus.

GENERAL PURPOSE
Responsible for the Customer’s Own Material (COM) program across MillerKnoll Brands working as the liaison between the dealer, designer, sales, fabric suppliers, internal supporting teams and all manufacturing locations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manages the Customer’s Own Material (COM) process for all MillerKnoll brands (Herman Miller, Knoll, Nemschoff, Muuto, Geiger, Naughtone)
- Works directly with the Material/CMF, Marketing and IT teams relating to systems issues, functionality and improvements of the COM System
- Maintains data integrity of all COM information residing in the COM System working closely with the Materials/CMF team
- Works directly with Muuto Supply Chain team in Denmark and Muuto European suppliers on all Muuto COM testing and production orders
- Maintains data integrity in the Muuto COM Database which is managed outside of the Herman Miller COM System
- Point of contact for all COM process questions both internally and externally
- Assists dealers, designers and sales team with access to the Omni Navigation and COM System as well as the Muuto COM Database to obtain accurate COM information for order placement
- Oversees the Swatch Reference Program with obtaining and maintaining proper COM pictures and fabric detail for all MillerKnoll Manufacturing locations
- Process all COM Test and Colorway Set Up Requests submitted through the COM System
- Act as the procurement agent for MillerKnoll purchased COM’s from the fabric suppliers who are part of the Supplier Connection Program issuing purchase orders through Baan and Maximo
- Determines if order moves to Scheduling or placed on hold pending receipt of fabric
- Oversees all COM fabric receipts, proper identification and packing list allocations to inhouse customer orders for all MillerKnoll brands and determines if order moves to Scheduling or remains on hold pending additional fabric receipt
- Coordinates testing, production orders and material receipt and transfer according to where the product is being built
- Investigates and problem solves any COM application issues, fabric shortages and transferring/shipping issues that occur
- Investigates international shipping and customs clearance delays for fabric in transit to the Muuto European supplier network
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, social sciences, or equivalent years of experience.
- 4-5 years' experience in a customer service professional, sales, or a direct commercial customer contact position that involves extensive multimedia (phone, email, web-based) contact; manufacturing or service industry preferred.
