Position Summary:
We are currently searching for an outstanding individual to fill our General Manager position at our V&S Taunton Galvanizing facility in Taunton, MA.
A successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all production and maintenance of the plant while promoting a culture of safety.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for overseeing production, maintenance, quality, shipping & receiving in conjunction with department managers
· Establishes and monitors overall plant performance for production and quality standards· Provide leadership to production, facilities maintenance, sales and administrative departments
· Coordinates plant schedules through planning with department leaders to ensure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished.
· Ensures the facility and equipment are well maintained and repaired in a timely manner to ensure continued productivity.
· Ensures that the plant operates safely and in compliance with all company and federal/state codes and regulations
· Recruits, trains, and onboards new employees
· Drives a culture of safety
· Limited travel required (company paid)
Requirements:
· Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in steel, manufacturing or construction
· Knowledge of the steel industry and protective coatings preferred
· Preferred BA or equivalent experience
· Willingness to learn the hot dip galvanizing process
· Proven track record of exceptional communication with management, customers, and staff with good utilization of successful critical thinking and decision-making skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Previous management positions to include supervision of staff
Compensation:
A meaningful compensation package will be developed for the successful candidate that includes a base salary between $80,000-85,000, health, dental, vision, life and disability products, a 401K program with company match, an annual bonus program, and company vehicle.

Account Manager, Sales Rep - Bristol County, MA
The Account Manager, Sales Rep will drive sales efforts by managing long-term relationships with established customers and developing new accounts. This reports to the Sales Director and will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing order management, and leading strategic sales growth within the assigned territories or client segments. This will require 15% annual travel to client locations and trade show/professional events.
Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, and responsible for ensuring ongoing communication and responsiveness.
- Identify additional sales opportunities and areas to grow revenue within current accounts.
- Conduct business development and target new clients in key markets, including retail stores, amusement and entertainment centers, fundraising partners, or other wholesale buyers.
- Present product lines and updates to customers; recommend merchandise assortments based on customer needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., customer service, logistics, merchandising) to ensure accurate order processing and on-time delivery.
- Maintain current knowledge of company products and industry trends to advise customers.
- Track sales metrics, prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to support strategy and performance goals.
- Address and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or related B2B customer service
- Wholesale or distribution experience preferred/novelty or giftware product categories a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; capable of building trust with customers and internal teams. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Experience prioritizing multiple accounts, managing time effectively, and handling detailed sales tasks.
- Comfortable with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and standard office software.
- Will require U.S. travel to customer locations, trade shows, or company events

As the Outside Sales Representative, you will be accountable for selling our full line of office solutions, including multi-functional, full-color copiers and printers, and software solutions across a vast marketplace, including Bristol County, Plymouth County, and Rhode Island areas.
This position is also available for residents of Providence, RI and Plymouth, MA.
What you'll be doing
- Drive sales revenue and grow market by managing an expandable territory to achieve quota via cold calling and self-generated leads.
- Present and sell digital office equipment and software solutions, including multi-functional products.
- Drive new net business through prospecting and high conversion rate of warm leads from lead generation campaigns.
- Work with clients to understand and identify objectives and needs while aligning products and services where business opportunities exist. Develop relationships with clients and deliver high levels of client care.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations, coordinating the terms of the sale and client training. Act as an ambassador and representative for the Office Technology Group, Inc. (OTG).
- Create and maintain a prospecting plan including territory management and prospecting objective-identify key areas of opportunity for new business. Conduct sales reporting as required.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the industry and trends influencing the marketplace.
Qualifications
- Three (3) or more years of business-to-business sales experience required
- Demonstrated experience in cold calling and prospecting required
- Experience selling office equipment and/or document solutions with a major manufacturer or regional re-reseller preferred
- Strong knowledge of major product lines from manufacturers such as: Toshiba, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Canon, Sharp or Kyocera preferred
- Ability to customize solutions, create proposals, and negotiate with customers
- Familiar with CRM software such as Hubspot, Salesforce, etc
- Ability to travel as required
- Valid Driver's License required
