Job Description:
Holaday Parks is seeking a motivated and results-driven Service Sales Manager to lead our service sales efforts. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new and existing client relationships, developing strategic sales plans, and managing a team to achieve service sales goals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in service sales, strong leadership skills, experience in developing sales teams, and the ability to build long-term customer partnerships.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategies to grow service sales revenue and market share.

Position Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site preventative maintenance, repairs, and modernizations on electric overhead traveling cranes
- Spend time consulting with customers on repair and safety related issues
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and breakdowns.
- Generate sales leads during service calls
- Accurately and neatly document on the service report for the work performed.
- New crane wiring, assembly, installation, and start-up.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Travel may be required. Work vehicle provided.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC theory, as well as the ability to troubleshoot 480VAC 3 phase motor control systems. A.A. degree or Equivalent vocational-training or experience is preferred.
- A minimum of 2-year hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance
- Aptitude for both electrical and mechanical environments as well as familiarity with mechanical and electrical equipment
- Willingness to work overtime
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Must pass drug-screen and background check

- Comfort with working at heights
- Experience in Variable Frequency drives and PLC programming a plus

Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operations teams to gather data, resolve tax issues, and ensure accurate and timely filings.
Maintain current knowledge of relevant tax laws and regulations.
Conduct independent research on indirect tax matters using authoritative sources and summarize findings for internal review and decision-making.
Prepare and maintain clear workpapers, documentation, and audit trails to support all indirect tax filings, compliance activities, and audit responses.
Analyze large datasets using Excel (pivot tables, lookups, conditional logic) to identify taxability trends, exceptions, and ensure accuracy in reporting.
Communicate regularly with the Tax Manager regarding indirect tax matters, providing updates, discussing project-specific taxability, and escalating risks as needed.
Assist with process improvements and automation initiatives related to indirect tax compliance and reporting.
Participate in special projects, including M&A due diligence and integration, as assigned.

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Level of Experience Requirements: Two years of relevant tax experience.
Demonstrated ability to independently interpret tax instructions and regulations.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Preferred • 1-2 years of experience in public accounting.
Experience in government contracting.
CPA candidates, active CPA license, or Enrolled Agent (EA) status.
