Repligen is launching a new manufacturing facility in Shrewsbury, MA, and this role is critical to building a strong CNC programming foundation from the ground up.


As the Lead CNC Programmer, you’ll help establish programming standards, support new equipment installs, and mentor a growing teamβ€”playing a direct role in scaling production for life-saving biologic therapies used worldwide.


This is not a β€œsit behind the desk” role. It’s hands-on, technical, and influential.

The Work You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:



  • Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for milling, turning, and multi-axis machines
  • Serve as the technical lead for CNC programming and machining strategy
  • Review and approve CNC programs, setups, and tooling selections
  • Lead program prove-outs, first articles, and production ramp-ups
  • Partner with Engineering on DFM and new product introductions
  • Establish programming standards, documentation, and setup sheets
  • Mentor and train CNC programmers and machinists
  • Support safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
  • Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

You’ll have real ownership over how CNC programming is done at this facility.

JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S.

JOB SUMMARY
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES Evaluates system specifications, configures system, establishes standards, insures hardware / software compatibility and maintains workstations and MS Windows Operating Systems for stable performance.

Performs the daily operation of MS Win server software to include system security, appropriate access, configuration and backing up the system.

Specifies network requirements, monitors LAN performance, troubleshoots networking hardware and insures system is working properly according to specifications and parameters.

Organizes and secures directory structure and assists/trains staff members in the use of department Document Management System, associated databases and CM/DM release procedures.

RANGE POSITION DESCRIPTION The System Administrator will operate, maintain and administer real-time flight testing systems in the Security Operations Center (SOC) and Mission Control Rooms (MCRs) located at Ridley Mission Control Center (RMCC).

The SOC has various systems to include Active Directory Domain Servers, Log Auditing Workstations (LAWs), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) system, and Network Attached Storage (NAS).

Each MCR consists of servers, workstations, and telemetry equipment networked together with an enterprise level Cisco switch (6509-E) or Juniper EX series switch.

The servers consists of Dell PowerEdge servers that provide DHCP, DNS, Citrix Provisioning Services, and telemetry processing/recording.

The workstations are diskless Dell Precision computers with dual monitors that display IADS which enables flight test engineers to monitor mission data at near real time.

The candidate will perform maintenance, configuration and administration functions on all required support systems.

The candidate will perform various tasks regarding Media Management to ensure customer requests are fulfilled, inventory is tracked, and documentation is accurate.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented CNC Operator to support our post-processing operations and fabricate custom fixtures and jigs that enhance our production workflow.

This role blends hands-on craftsmanship with technical precision, ideal for someone who enjoys working with machines, tools, and materials in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Effective the beginning of March 2026, this role will transition from HITT to Formative 3D.

Responsibilities β€’ Operate 3-axis CNC router & 6-axis robotic milling machines to post-process 3d printed furniture components & produce fixtures, jigs as needed β€’ Interpret technical drawings and CAD files to set up and execute milling operations β€’ Perform post-processing tasks on 3D printed parts, including trimming, sanding, and surface finishing β€’ Inspect machined and printed parts for dimensional accuracy and quality standards.

β€’ Maintain and calibrate CNC equipment and tooling β€’ Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve fixture design and workflow efficiency β€’ Assist with general shop duties including material prep, organization, and equipment upkeep Qualifications β€’ 2+ years of experience operating CNC milling machines in a production or prototyping environment β€’ Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) β€’ Familiarity with G-code, CAM software, and CNC setup procedures (Fusion 360 preferred) β€’ Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail β€’ Experience with post-processing techniques for plastics or composites is a plus β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team β€’ Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.

Job Details Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Manage and mentor IT staff, ensuring high performance and professional development.

Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

Ensure secure and effective operation of all systems, including backups, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity.

Collaborate with other departments to align IT strategy with business goals.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

Manage vendor relationships and IT procurement processes.

Prepare and manage the IT department budget.

Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend strategic upgrades.

Technical Expertise: Strong experience with Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy.

Hands-on experience with VMware platforms, including vSphere, ESXi, vCloud Director, and VMware Cloud.

Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS) and hybrid infrastructure models.

Knowledge of IT compliance standards and data protection regulations.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

5+ years of experience in IT management or senior system administration.

Proven leadership and project management skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft MCSE, VMware VCP) are highly preferred.
