Our Specialized Travel Consultants work in a high-touch service environment to book travel and accommodation for some of our top clients at Amex GBT. Working from the comfort of your own home, you'll collaborate with your team to provide creative and timely travel solutions and an outstanding travel service experience. What You'll Do
- Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (both individuals and groups)
- Arrange and book domestic and international business travel, in a variety of complexity, for air, road, rail, and accommodations
- Must have GDS (Global Distribution System) experience in Sabre
- Communicate effectively with customers over the telephone, messaging (chat), e-mail, and/or back office systems
- Act as a trusted advisor by using travel expertise to proactively provide advice and selling additional services to clients to meet their needs while adhering to their company's travel policy
- Work individually and as a team to meet business and account-specific goals, which may include customer satisfaction, call adherence and service metrics

What We're Looking For
- Previous 5 years of experience in travel (preferably business travel) and understanding of fares and ticketing rules for car, air, and hotel
- Passion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs
- Native GDS expertise in Apollo and Galileo
- Professional communication (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
- Act with integrity, and look after personal traveler information
- Possess a strong understanding of the travel industry (background in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation)
- Resolving customer issues quickly and independently
- Teamwork and openness to feedback
Our Traveler Care unit is a 24/7 operation. We are looking to fill positions that are evening, overnight, weekend and holiday shifts only.

The US national base salary range for this position is from
$46,200.00 - $85,800.00The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
In addition to base salary, the anticipated range of which is posted above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus which rewards participants based on individual and/or company performance.

BASIC PURPOSE: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining air space inventory for the passengers on the Air program. Act as primary resource for all customer related issues pertaining to the standards, implementation and delivery of the air program.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Secure air using airline block space or free sell, while adhering to cost guidelines.
- Process airline schedule changes, booking and ticketing.
- Monitor air travel reservations for accuracy and cost guidelines. Process and adjust changes, cancellations and ticketing.
- Provide support and coordination for air reservations to internal departments and customers.
- Process quality control checks prior to sailings from 50-180 days out to ensure flights are booked according to sailing requirements.
- Assist with reservations for interrupted services in instances of trip delay, weather, delayed ship, etc.
- Assist with air deviation requests including requests for specific airlines, flights and dates.
- Perform other job related functions as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent. Associates Degree, Travel Agency School Certification or any equivalent combination of relevant background and work experience.
EXPERIENCE: One year experience with a cruise line/tour operation and/or airline reservations experience. Familiar with airline policy and procedures, and contract pricing, preferred.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Excellent customer relations skills. Proficient in the English language. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively assist passengers and relay appropriate information to management and related departments. Exceptional organizational skills to maintain records of customer files. Must be able to work under pressure. Superior interpersonal skills to work effectively with others. Must be PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Proficient in Sabre program with two years experience preferred for team members working with the NCL brand. Proficient in Amadeus program with two years experience preferred for team members working with the OCI/RSSC brands. Flexibility regarding peak-time work requirements.

What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Industrial‑Organizational Psychology with 17+ years of assessment experience, or a PhD with 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Deep expertise in assessment science, including psychometrics, validation, and the innovative application of digital tools and artificial intelligence.
- Proven success in business development, specifically in selling and delivering assessment solutions in a consulting environment.
- Proven success leading complex, high‑stakes client engagements and advising senior executives on talent strategy.
- Demonstrated contribution to innovative assessment methodologies, products, or digital/AI‑enabled solutions.
- Established thought leadership through publications, speaking engagements, research, or recognized expertise in the field.
- Strong influencing skills, with comfort leading without formal authority and operating as a senior expert within a global COE.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and executive presence, with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights.
